Forevermore

A/N: This was written when i was in the seventh grade. It's not the best but it was the first fanfiction I had written. I wrote this with one of my best friends, for this story I will call her Shadowgirl, for protection of her name. She and I took turns writing this, just like the story I wrote about Twilight with my other best friend, whose name won't be mentioned.

This is one of the best memories I have of Shadowgirl before we had to part ways for high school. I hope you like this. R&R

This is placed in the time of the last battle for the Shikon Jewel. We didn't know the actual ending for Inuyasha at the time so we made up our own, and I still believe after five years, that ours just might be better than the original ending XD.

It was the last battle for the Shikon No Tama. Inuyasha, the strong and brave half demon, was fighting Naraku, the evil demon that never sullies his own hands. There was no one who could help the young half demon. Kagome, the young priestess was dead. Sango, the last demon slayer from her village, and Miroku, the young monk were married and had their second child. The first was named Kohaku Jr. after Sango's younger brother who was under Naraku's spell. Their second was Miho. Shippo, the young and orphaned fox demon, was no longer young, but a teenager and lived with Sango and Miroku.
"I wonder how Kagome is?" asks Shippo.
Sango replies hesitantly, "I'm sure she is just fine."
Miroku whispers to Sango in a calm voice, "We have to tell him what happened. He has to know of Kagome's death."
Sango just nodded as she looked at Miroku with a sad expression.

"Wind Scar!" Inuyasha yells.
Naraku dodged it and attacked Inuyasha. Inuyasha already had an injury from the beginning of the battle.[
[Flashback]
"Prepare to die Naraku, Wind Scar!"
Kagome prepared her arrow and shoots it. It is repelled by Naraku's barrier and aims for Inuyasha. It hit him in the leg. Knowing what Naraku's barrier could do, Kagome mindlessly shot another arrow. This time the arrow aimed for Kagome and hit her in the heart. This killed Kagome immediately and Inuyasha felt guilty for not protecting her. He felt as if he lost everything. He felt worse than he did when Kikyo had died.

A/N: Sorry this chapter is so short. It isn't finished yet, but I had to go to my next class in school. I have to put the rest of it up later. I hope you enjoyed it so far. R&R
