Chapter one:memories
Kagome Higurashi 17 years old, stood outside on the old mahogany porch gazing out into the snow. 'Ah Winter.' She thought. She stuck her hand outside from the coverage of the hangover to catch a snowflake only to watch it melt from the warmth of her body. Stepping silently down the steps and down to the side walk she looked up surveying the dark night sky.
Her large chocolate brown eyes seemed to glaze over as she remembered the agonizing memories of her past.
"Daddy Mommy I'm home!!!!!"Yelled a 7 year old kagome. Smack. The child's eyes widened feeling the sting on her cheek as she flew across the room slamming into the wall. She opened her eyes to see an unknown man advancing upon her. She tugged on her pink backpack looking fearfully up into the mans bright red eyes.
"S..s..stay away from me!!" Kagome managed to scream. The man chuckled. "Now why don't you be a good girl and behave like your parents did. Kagome looked around the mans body to see her parents blood-stained bodies .She gasped.
Everything went black, The only sound she could hear was the sirens in the distance that seemed to be fading farther away. "no....." she whispered
Things were brought back to reality as kagome felt a tear slipping down her cheek. The young woman sighed and hugged her lilac coat closer feeling a sudden chill. Turning to go back inside she gave one last look into the dark ans mysterious winter night and disappeared into the house.
