She was running she didn't know where to or the very reason she was running all she could remember was 'I am Hermione Granger and I am a witch!' The truth was she was being hunted and had just being hit with a memory eraser spell by a known deatheater Severus Snape.
Hermione tripped over a fallen log that seemed to have appeared before her out of nowhere, she fell flat on her face and when she turned round a greasy haired man was on top of her. She screamed into his ear before he knocked her unconscious with a stunner aimed at her head. She woke up to a pure white ceiling in a bed that felt so soft and warm she was sure she had never slept in a bed like this since well she couldn't remember ever having slept in a soft bed or having slept before.
She sat up and looked around the room that was bathed in a pure white light except for a huge brown door facing her opposite, a door that slowly began to open to reveal a tall snake like man whom for a reason unbeknownst to her she feared. He open that slither of a mouth to hiss at her "So Miss Granger how are you feeling this fine morning do you remember much?!" she sat shocked at his tone he seemed to feel genuinely concerned for her. He stood in the doorway waiting for her answer, she slowly began to open her mouth to speak and words formed "I am feeling groggy and cannot remember for the life of me where I am, or why I was running?!"
He smiled a small smile that looked half deranged "I am sorry for your loss of memory but perhaps we can work on it together and then you shall remember that you are the brightest witch of your age and work for me!" she looked into his cold red eyes that chilled her to the bone and saw no malice or lies forming although she never did pride herself on being able to read people well. She smiled back a warm smile and replied 'I should like that you seem like such an honest man' At this the man strode over to her bedside and placed a hand on top of hers 'Well my Hermione it seems we have a long way to go, let me introduce myself I am Lord Voldemort'
