E/O Challenge...Word-line...When would Sam realize that Dean would always put protecting his baby brother before everything? Even if it meant risking his own life.

"You could've gotten yourself killed!"

"Quit exaggerating. It's just a bump." Dean grumbled from the passenger seat of the Impala.

Sam glanced at the bruise on Dean's head, wincing as he remembered how loud the impact had been when Dean's head collided against the gravestone.

""You should've just let the spirit come at me instead of jumping into the line of fire like some damn hero."

"No can do, Sammy…my job to protect you." Dean mumbled, resting his head against the window with a sigh.

A lump grew in Sam's throat and his heart swelled at the words. "I know."
