Nick and Sara Stokes sat in the Breakroom, staring at their new 2 month old baby girl Ella Stokes.
"She looks so much like you Sara," nick said, looking at Ella.
"Thanks Nick, you know before this I just could have never imagine myself as a mother, but now, I think I'm doing a pretty good job, what do you say," Sara asked.
"you have always done a good job," he replied.
"Hi Uncle Nicky, Hi Aunty Sara, Hi Ella," Matthew said, standing infront of them.
"Hi Mattie, what are you ding here, where's mommy," Nick asked.
"Talking to dad in his office," Matthew said. Four years ago, Grissom declared his love for Catherine, to find out that she felt the same way, they got married and had a son, Matthew. Lindsey is now 11 and Matthew is 4.
"What's mom doing here," Sara asked.
"Duh, every Friday, me, mommy and Indsey pick daddy up," Matthew said.
"Oh, sorry I haven't been here for awhile, been looking after Ella," Sara said.
"Where's Lindsey," Nick asked.
"With Greg," Mattie answered.
"Oh," Nick replied.
"Mattie there you are, Never do that again," Catherine said, walking over to Mattie.
"Catherine, Hi," Sara said.
"Oh Hi, how's Ella, anyway dinner this Sunday at our house, thanks giving at 6pm," Cath asked.
"okay," Nick said.
Catherine bend down to Matties level "Never Sneak off Mattie, if you want to go somewhere in the lab, tell me before you sneak off, and where is your sister," Catherine asked.
"Sorry, Indsey with Greggy," he said.
"your father is very angry," Catherine said.
"Well, I'll see you again, Bye Nick bye Sara bye Ella," Cath said.
"Bye Cath," both nick and sara said.
Catherine held Mattie's hand and walked over to Greg's Lab.
"Lindsey," Catherine said.
Lindsey's back was to Catherine. She looked at Greg with a 'I'm so busted look' , greg just smiled.
"Lindsey, why did you and Mattie sneak off, you know that you aren't suppose to do that in the Lab, there are dangerous people running around," Catherine said.
"Sorry mom," she said.
"Never do that, your father is so angry, with both of you, and you Greg, you should know better when you see two kids running around," Catherine said.
"Sorry mommy," Greg said, with a pleading puppy dog look.
Lindsey and Mattie laughed. Catherine smiled at him. "Bad son," she said to greg. He smiled at her.
"Okay, come on we have to go, bye Greg, oh and Greg, dinner at our house, thanks giving 6pm and can you tell Warrick if you see him," Cath, Mattie and Lindsey said.
"okay, Bye mommy," he said.
They walked off to Grissom's office.
"There you are, Mattie, Lindsey don't sneak off like that okay, you nearly gave mom a heart attack," Grissom said bending down to their level.
"Sorry dad," both Mattie and Lindsey said. Grissom smiled and ruffled Mattie's hair.
"Oh and I invited Greg, Sara, Nick and Warrick over for thanks giving, this sunday," Cath said.
"Okay, so all ready to go home," Grissom asked.
