A/N: I've done stories like this before. They were longer. I wish I had more that I could put in this one...ahh well. I hope you like it!
Disclaimer: If I DID own it, there would be much less L dying and much more L and Light making out.
SSS - Perspective switch
L and Light were in their room, the chain between them rattling gently as they both typed on their laptops. Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, L pulled out a lollipop. Light looked over, and, with an evil grin, snatched it away. The gesture was accompanied by the squeak of bedsprings. L narrowed his eyes.
"Raito-kun, what are you doing?"

Out in the hall, Matsuda and Chief Yagami strode purposefully toward L and Light's room. They had a question they needed to ask L before they could proceed in the investigation. Chief Yagami raised his hand to knock, but stopped when he heard voices and bedsprings creaking.
"Raito-kun, what are you doing?"
SSS
Inside the room, Light began to deftly remove the wrapper from the cherry – flavored treat. L's eyes narrowed dangerously. "Do not remove that, Raito-kun."
SSS
"Do not remove that, Raito-kun." Chief Yagami's face contorted into a look of shock. Matsuda looked at him curiously.

By now, Light had the wrapper completely off the sweet treat and he raised it to his lips. L was steadily getting more desperate for his treat. "Raito-kun, don't put it in your mouth!" Light's tongue darted out and he inched it toward the lollipop. "Don't lick it!"

"Raito-kun, don't put it in your mouth! Don't lick it!" Chief Yagami's mouth dropped open and his face began slowly turning red. Matsuda still looked a bit puzzled.

Light's grin turned downright evil. He inched the lollipop still closer to his mouth. L let out a small whining sound and begged, "No more!" Light brought it still closer to his lips. "Raito-kun! Please! RAITO-KUN! RAITO!!"

L emitted a low whine. "No more!" Chief Yagami looked ready to commit a murder. Matsuda's face suddenly brightened as comprehension dawned on him. Then it promptly turned red. "Raito-kun! Please! RAITO-KUN! RAITO!" Both of them stood there, speechless.
SSS
L REALLY wanted his treat back. It was his LAST ONE. He decided he wasn't above begging, just a little. "Give it to me Raito-kun! Please, just give it to me!"
SSS
"Give it to me Raito-kun! Please, just give it to me!" Chief Yagami was about to kill the world's greatest detective. He was going to die in a horrible way. Matsuda was just about to plain die.
SSS
Light, finally done torturing L, popped the sweet treat into his mouth, relishing the flavor. He did occasionally enjoy a candy or two. "It tastes so good, L. I'm afraid I'll have to keep sucking on it."
SSS
"It tastes so good, L. I'm afraid I'll have to keep sucking on it." Chief Yagami rammed the door open. There, he saw L and Light on the bed, laptops in front of them, Light with a lollipop between his lips.
"I'd appreciate it if you'd knock instead of ramming down the door, Yagami-san," L said coolly.
My avian co-writer is berating me for having my mind so entrenched in the gutter. Hey, something sad? All the lines I used, were said in one bus ride by my friends Nekia, Ann, and I. They were fighting over a Reeses Piece. I was frantically writing down all the lines they said, because plans of this story were forming in my mind. I had to tell Nekia to get off of my lap quite frequently, as she kept ending up there while she was trying to reach Ann. I couldn't find a way to work that in here, though. I haven't written anything like this in a while. Please let me know what you think!
