Fireworks
The fireworks echoed through the city, on a bridge stood a blond elf, but he wasn't alone. His arm was slung around a teal haired she elf's waist, her leafy green eyes watching the crackling lights in the distance.
"You know, after all of what's happened...I think this is worth it." The blond said huskily, and Keira turned to face him looking deeply into his cerulean eyes, she smiled. She knew Jak as her best friend, but she wanted them to be more than friends. Ever since their time in Sandover, she's grown up with him, Jak was her only friend that she had, other than Daxter, who was currently drunk in the Naughty Ottsel.
"You are the bravest person I've ever met." Keira said, wrapping her arms around his neck, whilst he wrapped his arms around her waist. "No matter what, you'll always be a hero to me."
"Really? That's thoughtful." Jak chuckled, his nose touching hers. Her leafy green eyes studying his cerulean, and his studied hers. "Shall we..." no words needed to be said, the dark elf smiled and Keira returned the favor sweetly.
Ever so slowly, their eyes closed, and their lips were barely a centimeter apart. The two were finally immersed in a deep kiss, no one to interrupt them, they were lost in each other. All of that ice that had numbed in his heart had been melted, he could sense Dark Jak purr in delight within his thoughts. Jak's tongue pushed gently at her lips, Keira smiled allowing him to enter, where their tongues met in each other's mouths. His hands trailed up and down her bare back, and her hands ran through his long blond hair. The fireworks crackled behind them in a colorful show, as the two kissed passionately. After for what felt like an eternity, the two stopped kissing to regain their breath, but they never pulled apart.
"You're very good…" Keira breathed out, snuggling against his warm chest. The fireworks were still going off in the background. He grinned slightly, relieved that he had no more metalheads to worry about since he defeated their leader.
"It was our first kiss, you're good too." He grinned as he stroked her cheek. Then a thought struck him, "Hey, I want to show you something." He told her.
"Yeah, what is it?" She asked curiously, cocking her eyebrow.
"You'll see when we get there." He teased smoothly, Keira giggled touching his nose with her finger. He gently took her hand, and led her to a parked single seated zoomer, he got on, and she got on and wrapped her arms around him. "Hang on tight baby." She snuggled against his back, he hit the accelerator and they drove off. For tonight was going to be memorable for the both of them.
