I swear on my life I'm not crazy.

"She's nuts!" Mike Torez, one of the doctors, screams.

One of the guards puts a hand on his shoulder. "Torez, just try to calm down, she's just…."

"SHE TRIED TO BITE MY HAND OFF!" he shrieks, wrapping his hand with more bandages.

"It's not that deep and you only need a couple of stitches". Liz Thompson says, coming over with the first-aid kit.

Liz and Mike worked together after college and were partners for many years before he had to return to his hometown and his sick mother. After she died, Mike decided to go into practice alone. He ended up becoming one of the best Psychiatrists in the country. Liz called him over to Seattle in hopes that he could help one of their patients that every doctor in the country couldn't break through to.

"I have worked with thousands of mental patients deemed hopeless and helped them greatly. Some say what I do isn't even human because of my success. But there is NO WAY I can help her. NO WAY NO HOW!"

Mike jumps up just as Liz finishes stitching up his hand and storms out the door of the Psychiatric Ward of Seattle Hope Hospital.

Liz gets up to run, but her intern, Patty, stops her.

"It's not worth it Dr. Thompson, you know that he won't come back. He put a lot of time into her, but he's right. And you know it. She's just too far gone".

Liz glances with disappointment at the swinging doors. She knew that Mike was one of the best Psychiatrists in the country; and now that he's given up, what can be done?

"It's hopeless Liz, you've done what you could, and that's amazing. But Ms. Albarn is just too sick".

I glance out of the small, thick, glass window at the scene that erupted. So I tried to bite off his hand, so what? He was being rude to me. He looked at me like I was some lunatic about to pounce at….

I start to twitch and my hands shake like crazy. I slowly crumble to the ground and try to remember what I was just thinking a second ago. What was I thinking?

Flashes of colors soar through my mind. red, blue… wait not blue.. just red. Red! Red what? THINK!

I lose all control of my body and continue to writhe my body in odd directions.

Red orbs! ORBS! No No No that's not right!

Liz runs in and grabs me by the shoulders, screaming for other doctors.

"SHE'S HAVING ANOTHER EPISODE!" she screams.

"RED EYES! EYES! MY WEAPON HAD RED EYES!"

"Ms. Albarn, please try to calm down…"

"MY WEAPON! WHERE IS HE?!" I kick and scream.

The guards and two doctors grab me, but I continue to fight them.

"Ms. Albarn…."

"MAKA! MY NAME IS MAKA!"

"Okay, Maka. You have been in Seattle for…."

"I AM A WEAPON MEISTER AT THE DWMA! I HAVE TO GET BACK!"

"Maka, there is no such thing as…"

I kick her right in the jaw before she can finish. She falls back and hits the tile floor, blood streaming out of her mouth and down her face.

This does look slightly odd, but I swear on my life I'm not crazy.
