"Shit," I muttered under my breath. His eyes caught mine and they flickered. Flickered, and burned with curiosity. I started walking backwards, and he followed silently, fluidly stepping around people, turning sideways and about. I turned and started to run. I knew he would chase me so I built up my speed. Quickly, I ran to the corner and hurried to the street lamp; I put my hand in my jeans pocket and took out the key. I clicked it and the invisible door opened. I stepped in and shut the door.
"Hide," I murmured quietly. "His sonic will find you." I felt the floor shift. "Screen," a screen appeared showing me where Brian was hovering. He scratched his head, I laughed. I could remember that look so well. I wished I didn't but I did. I teased him. "Send a signal to his sonic, a quick one, but not strong or he could trace it." I watched him carefully. He jumped and started to wave his sonic around trying to get a signal again. He looked like a chicken. I fell to the floor laughing. "Brian, I wish I could allow you to speak right now but he would catch the signal." I thought of something. "Brian, I'm going to try telepathy. " I knew I could faint, but I tried. Laying my hand on the floor I concentrated.
Mistress-
Don't call me that!
You will faint from the exertion of the force you are using.
Tell me something I don't know.
He found us.
What!
He amplified the signal.
What!
He's trying to bring his TARDIS up next to me. He'll be in, in about 2 minutes. Since, he found us I will talk.
Don't I don't want him to know you yet. You've always been mine and mine alone.
10 seconds.
Love you, Brian.
Love you, too. 1 second.
I stood up. "Hello…Doctor." The words had to be ripped from my throat. I turned and looked at the… Doctor.
"Bloody hell!" he yelped, as he looked inside of my TARDIS.
"You've never been very good at hellos, have you?" I snapped. "Or goodbyes," I murmured.
"Hello…Cass," he mumbled.
"You have no right to call be my…my nickname."
"Who does?"
"Brian."
"WHO THE HELL IS BRIAN?!"
"Your jealousy is sweet, but I have moved on Doctor," I touched the floor.
Now.
"Hello, Doctor. My name is Brian. I see you have already met my love." Brian's soft velvety voice filled the room.
"Form," I whispered. Brian stepped out from the shadows behind me, and wrapped his arm around my waist.
"Ho-HOW!" The Doctor said.
"I got the molecular data of a human and fed it to the TARDIS, I also go the software to form the perfect face I wanted and the structure happened; now I have my own perfect soul mate." I leaned my head in to Brian's arm and a sly smile appeared on my face.
"I would love to hear the story of your history with him." Brian said, smiling.
"Ok, let's head to our room," I winked at the Doctor and started walking. This would be an awesome day to embarrass the Doctor.
