Chapter 1: The new beginning
Ethan and Salvador ran for highground narrowly avoiding the lava "close" Ethan said slightly out of breath and they turned around only to be hit by a tail. "Aaaaarrrrreeee come on!" they shouted at a similar time, they landed just above the lava. Meanwhile Krieg, Zero and Maya shot at the warrior, Maya was reloading when she was suddenly swarmed by flame and downed Zero began reviving while distracted the warrior. A few minutes later everyone was there and the warrior dropped and loot landed everywhere, Krieg an E-tech smg and a shotgun he jumped; effortlessly catching in mid-air after he landed he ran to maya and gave her the smg "thank you" Maya said when she received the weapon. They all turned see to jack had already been killed by Lilith.
Months later Krieg was walking alone when stumbled across 2 bandits fighting some loaders, they outnumbered by a lot but were winning, Krieg smirked, shouted some nonsense and charged to help these 2. After the battle concluded 1 of them, wearing dahl security armour with bits of Hyperion mixed in, "thanks man… we need a fighter like you" Krieg shouted in replied "me meat… Krieg" The 1, only in Hyperion armour, "My name is Gaven… He's Slugger" Gaven replied. They began to walk to a train station and waited, when the train arrived someone opened the door and greeted them saying his was Dodger. "Dodger what are you doing here?" dodger replied "guarding money, eridium and guns" Krieg exclaimed "only 1 MEAT!" Dodger replied "yea…" Gaven asked "why you guarding it?" Dodger quietly said "I stole it… from the raiders… I think they're going to try and take it back…" When suddenly the train rocked.
5 Minutes earlier
Maya and Ethan were with Gaige, who was tinkering with her robots she stole from Hyperion, they were getting ready to attack with their stuff on (which was stolen). Maya was cleaning her E-Tech smg that Krieg had gave her when she last saw him, she sighed while Ethan checked his turret for the 50th time in 5 minutes. "He stole the upgrade I NEEDED!" shouting louder than anyone ever heard him almost Krieg, Maya couldn't stop thinking at him. She wondered how he was, what he was doing and more, she shook her then heard a noise turning she saw the train wow time flies she thought.
The train exploded and everyone charged at it when they got to the wall of a carriage blowing it apart, half the robots were gunned down in seconds, Maya shot orbs of slag at their attackers and beginning to fire her smg.
Dodger pulled out his smg as well as his assault rifle, Gaven though down a turret, Slugger filled with adrenaline began firing faster and rockets came from a small rocket pod on his shoulder and krieg charged into the mess of enemies. They were winning till krieg spotted Gaige and charged at her only to be picked up in a vortex "wait this is familiar" Krieg's inner voice said, krieg looked around and saw Gaven being knocked out by Ethan and some robots, Gaige and some robots knocked out Dodger while a siren charged at Slugger Krieg whispered "P…Pr…Pretty L…Lady" out of the corner of his eye slugger saw Krieg's reaction to seeing her and dropped his gun saying "a friend of Krieg's is mine… even if they try to kill me" Maya wondered what he meant by that, then she turned and saw him hanging "KRIEG!" she shouted at the top of her lungs. Krieg just heard that before losing consciousness.
