"HELP US!" Alfie schreeched as he sprant into the living room, Jerome close behind him. Their face's were as pale as a sheet, hair stuck to their forehead's due to the sweat and their hand's were shaking violently.

"What is it now, Alfie?" Nina sighed, looking up from the fashion magazine that Amber had leant her. She was lying with her head on Fabian's shoulder and his other arm was over her shoulder's.

Alfie looked like he was hyperventilating. "G-G-G-G-GHOST!" He stuttered. Nina sighed.

She knew since his Alien obsession had died down, Alfie had began to show an interest in Ghost's and he had watched most Ghost related film's and TV show's, so he knew all the sign's of a Ghost well. Mabye too well, Nina thought. Alfie had proberly heard one of the rat's upstairs and thought it was a Ghost. But that didn't explain why Jerome was soo freaked out...

"Alfie, there is no such thing as Ghost's." Nina said calmly, returning her attention to the magazine.

Jerome's eyes widened, "Nina, trust him, he is telling the truth! I didn't believe him at first but there are Ghost's, I swear!" He exclaimed.

Eddie grinned, "Let's go check it out. I wanna see a ghost!" he smiled. The other house residence's groaned.

"Fine!"

Nina, Fabian, Amber, Patricia, Eddie, Alfie and Jerome walked slowly up the attic stair's in a single file line.

"Okay Alfie, where is the ghost?" Fabian sighed, holding his science book under his arm. Being the nerdy boy that he was, he didn't believe a word of this ghost stuff.

"EHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The group jumped.

"W-W-What was that?" Amber stammered, clutching Alfie's shoulder.

The whole group was wide eyed, including Fabian.

Scratch, scratch

"It is coming from the over there," Nina said, pointing toward's the curtain that herself and Fabian had hid behind when they were hiding from Vera and had overheard her talking to Victor.

Slowly, the group shuffled over to the curtain.

"EHHHHHHHH!" Scratch, scratch

Hesitantly, Nina reached over and grabbed the red cloth in her hand's. Taking a deep breath, she yanked at the cloth to reveal whatever was behind it.

The group gasped as there sitting on the floor, was a black cat.

"Another one?" Amber chuckled, swooping up the cat.

The group broke into laughter.

A simple one shot.
