Edge's retirement is the saddest thing that could have happened to me in the past coule weeks. He was one of the best, and will be missed alot. I just had to get my thoughts out onto paper, and this poem was what happened! Hope you all enjoy!
I cheered when you came out to the ring
Like I had every week since I was young
My attention was instantly captured
Eyes glued to your attractive face
You picked up a mic
My ears perked up to hear what you had to say
Retiring!
There was just no way
You were invincible
My superman
But it was true
Oh it was true
And my heart shattered in a million pieces
But they say with every beginning there is an end
And I've enjoyed all the shows and smiles you've given me
In between then
Edge you're my hero
One of my favs
And the memories of you will never fade
Even if I'm not seeing you every week
I'll think about you in between then
