Yuki watched a boy with emerald-green eyes. He walked over to her.
"Hello!" she said. The boy looked at her for a moment. She asked "Have we met?"
"My name is Neal." he said. Yuki could tell he had a love for dramatics.
"Hello Neal, my name is Yuki." she told him. He looked thoughtful for a moment. Kel had mentioned someone named Yuki. Yuki pulled her fan out of her obi. She flicked it to cover her face the next time he spoke.
"Do you perhaps, fine lady, know Keladry of Mindelan?" Neal asked. Yuki watched Neal's antics.
"I do know Kel." Yuki answered. Neal paused dramatically.
"You know, I know Kel, also. She is my friend." Neal said. Pounding footsteps came down the hall.
"Neal, there you are." said one of his friends.
"I have been called away, my fair maiden. Until we meet again, Yuki." Neal said bowing before he ran off. Yuki stood there for a minute. Shinko walked by.
"Who was that?" asked Shinko.
"Neal, one of Kel's friends." Yuki said. The two walked down the hall. Yuki thought about the over dramatic Neal as they went to tea.
