A/N After tonight's episode, I had to write this. Lovethatignites, I know you want me working on the other fic, and I am working on it, but I had to write this. I hope you aren't too upset with me.

"I just remembered everything."

Emma was elated. Daniel's life was saved, he and his family weren't going to disappear forever! "That's great!"

"I remember how I ended up in my other life."

Emma frowned. Jax tele-transporting from the scene entered her mind. What was he mad about? Daniel was going to live and he was angry?

Wait.

He must've seen the kiss. The kiss that she unwillingly gave, the kiss that Daniel stole.

"You chose Jax over me."

Emma's eyes narrowed.

"After everything we've been through, you chose him over me."

"Stop it, Daniel!" Emma snapped, her hands curling into fists. "Stop it!"

"Stop what, Emma? We've been together for three years and you choose some rebel wizard over me?! The guy who tried to ruin our relationship? The guy who has ruined it?" Daniel growled, glaring at his ex.

Emma gave a scathing laugh. "Can you really say we've been together for three years? We got together at the end of freshman year, then you broke up with me in the middle of sophomore year and got back together with me, then in junior year we were on and off. Jax didn't ruin our relationship, you did that all by yourself."

"You lied to me!"

"Because you hate what I am!" Emma screamed, throwing her hands in the air in exasperation. "You hate anything that has to do with magic; you hate who I am. You made me hate myself!"

"I never said I hated magic, I just wanted to protect you!"

"Protect me from being who I am?!" Emma shrieked. "I was ashamed of being a witch, wishing that I wasn't one. I had to lie to you in order for our relationship to work, well, if you could truly say that it worked. Jax opened my eyes, he made me see that being a witch is amazing. He made me like myself, something that you never did."

"You didn't think so when we were together."

"Because I was young, stupid, and naive!" She chuckled, "I said before that you were my first love, but now I see that's not true. What we had wasn't love, it was something too twisted to be considered as 'love'. I'm older and more mature, I know Jax is the one I love."

"How can you say that?! Yes, I may not like magic, but I cared about you! I protected you! Jax almost killed you!"

Emma stiffened, her voice hardening. "You nearly killed me too. When the principal kidnapped you I was the one who had to go save your ass! The Council almost took my powers away because I was dating you, you collaborated with Mia to destroy me!"

"I was under the spider seal!"

"Yeah, about that. Maddie told me that the spider seal brings out who you really are on the inside. You're cold, careless, unfeeling, manipulative, and to be honest, a piece of shit. And now because of you, Jax thinks that I cheated on him." Tears welled in her eyes at the betrayed look on his face. What could she possibly do to make things right?

"I don't believe this," Daniel shook his head.

"Believe it, Daniel. It's over between us. I'm with Jax, and always will be. I won't be crawling back to you anymore." She turned, walking away towards the doorway.

"Hey!"

She stopped, turning back to see what he could possibly want.

"Where are you going? I just got my memories back and you're leaving?!"

Emma shrugged, her face betraying no emotion. "It's a boyfriend-girlfriend thing. You wouldn't understand."

With that she left the Miller residance, hopefully for good.
