‚This must be heaven', she thought as she was sitting beside her lover on the hill, watching the sun set over the Seireitei.
They were whole and alive, and though the war was not yet won it would hopefully be so soon. She had eaten wasabi icecream earlier, which was one of her favourites.
And then there was also the matter of the man sitting beside her, holding her, loving her despite of everything. She caressed one of his long, red strands of hair.
He was her fiery lion, her hero, her everything.
This was her idea of heaven.
