Disclaimer: I do not own Animal Jam or related characters. I do, however, own my OC Delilah

A/N: So, after the release of Storming the Fortress I was hit by inspiration, so we have this story. Also, I am well aware jammers typically have names like Old Glamgem. In the adventures however jammers often have real names, because Delilah was created for a story adaption of the adventures she was given a name like what one would find in the adventures.

Delilah entered her Friendship Cottage den, feeling as if she were on top of the world. It was over. After many, many, many months it was over. The phantom's evil plans had been stopped and the Fortress had been destroyed. It was finally over.

Bounding up the stairs, she made her way to the top floor where her bedroom was. She took off her armor, hoping she'd never have to wear it again as she slipped into a simple sweater. Gone were the days spent waiting and wondering when the Alphas would call for her help. Gone were the days of standing behind enemy lines and taking out the phantoms one by one.

It was over, and it felt amazing.

The snow leopard had just made her way back to the first floor with the intentions of getting a cup of hot cocoa when she heard a knock at the door. "It's open." She called. With her den being so high up on Mt. Shiveer, she rarely saw the need to lock her den when she was home.

The door swung open and in walked in the last jammer - no, he was not at jammer, he was an Alpha - she had expected to see.

"Greely?" Delilah's joyful mood dissipated, shifting into a somewhat guarded attitude. "What are you doing here?"

The faded blue wolf looked at her with gleaming golden eyes, "Despite what Sir Gilbert says, it is not over. Only one Phantom King was in the Fortress. As long as phantom remain free, Jamaa will always be in danger."

"Wouldn't that be the kind of information you would want to keep from me? Since I always seem to ruin your plans?" Delilah asked. There was no sarcasm or scorn to her words, no she was actually curious why the Wolf Alpha was telling her all of this.

"No matter my thoughts, the Alphas will still turn to you when the phantom try again." Greely answered, sounding somewhat annoyed. "Since I seem to be the only one to realize it is not over I figured I better give you some warning, least you be caught unaware."

His message delivered, the Wolf Alpha turned to leave. He paused at the door, turning to look back at her, "Besides, if I am going to go through the trouble of factoring your appearances into my plans, I would rather the time not be wasted." With that, he was gone.

Delilah stood there a moment, processing what had just happened, then she smiled.
