a poem I wrote a while ago. decided now to post it. also don't worry I haven't died. I was super busy and my laptop was crap. I just got a new one and I'm still working out the kinks for it. so for now, until I post more stories I have planned, enjoy this short poem for one of my first and favorite animes, Wolf's Rain. disclaimer: I do not own Wolf's Rain.
Time passed
And we got closer as a group
As a pack
As friends and comrades.
We fought together
More than at each other
We all had the same desire
To reach paradise.
Our safe haven,
Our sanctuary.
Following the moon,
And the flower.
Until the end.
You all never gave up,
Not once,
Even if you were hanging,
Between life and death,
You fought
Until your last breath
Giving me time
To save her
And our future.
And I thank you,
Toboe, Hige, Tsume, Blue
