Summery: Magnus gets deaged and Blitzen and Hearth are stuck with taking care of him

Chapter 1: Finding

Alex had the task of waking Magnus up today, just great. He had slept through breakfast and it was time for today's battle. He would sometimes sleep in so this was sadly not the first time she had to do this.

She slammed the door open and was preparing to tell Magnus to get the fuck up.

She thought she would she Magnus sleeping in his bed but what she saw was a young child exploring the room. Who was this?

She approached the child. "Hello, who are you?" She questioned the child.

The child could tell that he could trust her, something told him that he knew her somehow. It didn't tell him that it was because he was deaged.

"I am Magnus Chase miss." He responded with trust to her.

Yeah, that was Magnus with his ability to tell which she was and when.

SHIT, Alex thought as she heard this. Okay, something deaged Magnus. He is not safe here in Valhalla as a child. It would traumatize him. Well more than it normally did.

What would I do with him? I would bring him to Blitz and Hearth.

"Hi, I am Alex and I am going to show you some friends if that's okay with you." She said as she bent down to speak face to face with the child.

"Okay, sure." The young version of Magnus agreed with Alex and he followed her out of the room.

They headed for the lobby where they would head into Midgard. She might get slack for trying to leave Midgard without a crisis but to her, this was a crisis.

She tried to simply walk out but of course, she wasn't that lucky. She heard someone ask, "Who's the kid?"

She tried honest as it would work more than any lie. "Magnus Chase, it appears that he was deaged. I am taking him to see someone that can help."

"Do you know what did it? We don't want more of our warriors to fall into this condition."

"No." She replied annoyed as she and Magnus left the hotel Valhalla.

She guided them through the streets of Boston until they got to the shop. She led young Magnus into Blitzen's Best.

"Hi, Alex! Who is that?" Blitz greeted them as they walked into his store.

"This is Magnus, there was something and I was hoping that Hearth could help and if not Valhalla is not a place for a young Magnus.

"Do you know who did it?" Blitz asked and Alex shook her head.

Blitz picked up his phone and started texting Hearth. "He stayed home today to rest but I am sure he will come as soon as possible." He explained.

Magnus started exploring the store while Alex continued to chat with Blitz.

Magnus approached Alex again after walking thru the store. "Who is this Alex?"

"This is Blitz he is one of the people I wanted to show you." She told him sweetly.

"Hello, Blitz." Magnus cheerfully greeted him with the infectious joy only a child had in them.

Hi, Magnus why don't I get you an outfit that will fit you better than that huge nightshirt." Blitz suggested since Magnus was in one of older Magnus's shirts.

"Sure, it is big, I tripped in the huge room I awoke in," Magnus admitted and Blitz immediately took him to the children's section of the store.

Alex hoped that this was something that could be solved easily if not, well she refused to think about that.
