As the music played...

Spike and Buffy sat at the table in the Bronze. Neither of them said a word. Spike
heard the song come on. He looked up slowly, he gave a shy look at Buffy.
"You wanna dance, Slayer?" Spike asked in his little teasing voice, almost knowing she
was going to say no.
"Sure, Spike" Buffy said as she got up from the table.
Spike looked surpirise for a second, but then they walked out onto the dance floor.
Buffy stood close. Spike smiled a sweet smile...
"I will be strong I will be faithful cause I'm counting on a new beginin', a reason for
livin', a deeper mean in the end..."
Spike held Buffy close like a precious gem. For so long his wished to hold her. Buffy
slowly leaned and put her head on his shoulder.
"I wanna stand with you on a mountain, I wanna bathe with you in the sea. I wanna lay
like this forever. Untill the sky falls down over me..."
Spike looked at Buffy in the eyes. He met her gaze as he slowly and softly started singing
to her...
"And then the stars where shining brightly in the velvet sky. I'll make a wish, send it to
heaven and make you want to cry. Bring tears of joy for all the pleasure in the certainty. And
we're serounded by the comfort and protection of the highest powers, in lonely hours. As tears

Spike leaned to kiss Buffy slowly. Buffy smiled and leaned up to him. There lips met.
Buffy tingles from the coldness of his lips. Spike tingled from the warmth of hers.

this forever. Untill the sky falls down over me."
As they pulled away they gazed deep into each others eyes. Spike blue eyes like an endless
tunnle. Buffy's green eyes like the sea.
"Look and you'll see it baby. Don't have to close your eyes, it stands here right before
you. All that you need will surely come"
Spike rudded his hand up and down Buffy's back. Buffy closed her eyes as if this were a
dream. She held Spike closer to keep her from drifting away.
