Hey everyone! It's been a while since I last logged onto this account. My life was a mess but I know it isn't an excuse to stop writing! I just regained my creative juices back! :) Thank you for the supports I've been gathering from these past years. Now I'm going to repay without a doubt of your kindness! It was a peaceful ordinary Sunday morning. Sun was shining like before, birds are humming by the windows, and a clear blue sky adorns the beautiful day.

I don't want to wake up yet… but I have this ugly feeling that I am forgetting something I have to do today. And what was it exactly? Hmmmmm…

Then dad called started to knock on the door. Oh, this is just great.

"Don't you have something to do today? I thought this is the day you waited when he said that…"

Sparks! It was really IMPORTANT. Urgh, how can I forget something so special!

Koko was coming back home from France! What a delight!

Checking the time, I have an hour before Koko's plane would land here. Oh great, this is really great, Mikan! I'm supposed to be at the airport at 10 o'clock today!

I quickly dashed to the bathroom to prepare myself. As I'm dressing up, Ruka's car was honking by the driveway. "Mikan! Your date's here! Aren't you ready yet?" dad shouted from downstairs. Does he really need to sound gay? Wow.

I asked Ruka to accompany me to meet Koko at the airport. Since Hotaru is so busy with making herself rich, I had no one to ask except Ruka. My brother Tsubasa is a working student while my roommate Youichi has gone somewhere again. So that left me no choice but to ask Ruka and he said that it was not a big deal doing it for me. Yay for a great friend!

"10 minutes, Dad! I'm almost done!" then I swiftly dressed myself for the occasion.

Running downstairs and towards the kitchen, I grabbed a piece of bread by the dining table. I ate it as quickly as I can while grabbing my other stuffs and stuffed them into a bag with stumbling all my other things.

Mumbling goodbye to my dear dad then rushed up to the front door.

I expected Ruka was the waiting for my by the porch and not… him.

My shock left my mouth wide open and my bread rolling down the floor. I was lost in the world of shock.

"Hey, polkadots, aren't you going to be late? Ruka told me to pick you up. He said that he can't make it this time. Something came up apparently." he said coolly.

Those crimson eyes… Oh God why do you hate?! Just when I thought I will have an escape from him, but here he is, becoming my chauffer for the day.

"Hey! Can't talk? Aren't we going now? What? Wanna ditch your international boyfriend?" he said with a smirk.

"You! What have you done to Ruka? Aaaaaaaaaaah!"

"Let's go now, or else you're going to be late in picking up your international boyfriend."

It left me no choice but to follow him cause I am definitely going to be late.

I was quiet during our way to the airport. I don't know why but I am stunned by his presence. Many told me that he was gorgeous. And I agree with them.

Unconsciously, I was staring at him the whole time. And when he would caught me, and I have to look away. I am trying to avoid his stare... the stare that melts everyone down. The very thing that catches all the attention of the girls with just one glance is what I hate about him. I have to admit he is cool but his attitude isn't. But sometimes I wonder about him because being with him feels comfortable. Man, this sucks, cause I am supposedly feeling not comfortable with him.

Awkward.

I wonder why Ruka-pyon didn't make it today. Maybe I can ask about it later.

Good thing that Koko's plane was minutes delayed on landing. Hahaha. So we're just only minutes late. I'm so excited! Where are you, Koko?

Someone with a familiar voice called out, "Mi-kan-chan!"

"Guess who!" and a familiar feel of hands covered my eyes. "I know it's you Koko Royome, stop that habit of yours or you will be punished."

"Chill-out man! Peace? How are you Mikan? It's been a while!" Koko hugged me tight and I hugged him back. My good old best friend is back in town. Thank God Koko is still Koko.

"Ahem," the broad voice interrupted.

"Ahm, Mikan, who is this guy with you today?" Koko asked.. "Is he your boyfriend?" he teased me back.

Heck no! Koko! I'm going to kill this instant! Sheeesh! Oh well, I have to introduce the Almighty Alpha and Omega King of the school to my long-lost bestfriend. "He is certainly not my boyfriend! Koko, meet Natsume Hyuuga. Hyuuga, this is Koko."

Koko just had this surprise expression on his face.
