Chapter 1: Going To Another World... Again
Pokémon Perspective
It was a surprisingly quiet day in Wigglytuff's Guild, well maybe because Loudred hasn't been waking everyone up yet. It's been two years since Shelly washed up on that beach and Charmander found her. It's been a crazy two years since then. Since then, they have been on some crazy adventures. From restoring the Time Gears back together, finding out the TRUE reason why Shelly turned into a Pokémon and why she was sent there, and saving the universe from god-like beings that could plunge the entire universe in light or darkness. Luckily for Shelly, she had a lot of help with the last one and met a lot of people during that adventure, but that's a story for another time.
Shelly is a Pikachu and after a while, she's become pretty popular in Treasure Town. She has taken up a few hobbies when she's not adventuring such as cosplaying and singing. In fact, the first time she started singing, Spinda wanted to have new attractions and had an audition for a talent show. Soon after that, Shelly started singing at Spinda's Café part-time and has been well-known throughout town for her costumes and singing.
Today, the Wigglytuff Guild have been getting strange reports of various Pokémon disappearing in a flash of light today. These reports have also made the Wigglytuff Guild particularly wary since two of their members were among the Pokémon who disappeared. Shelly and Ace meanwhile were asking some of their friends and the legendary Pokémon that they knew. They first went to Palkia and asked why Pokémon have been disappearing.
As Shelly and Ace fought through the Spacial Rift to get down to the bottom, a small number of Pokémon disappeared in the same light as they fought through each floor. This made the duo very nervous of them being next and made sure to watch each other's backs. When they both got down to the bottom of the Spacial Rift, they encountered Palkia and they both began talking to each other.
"WHO DARES TRESPASS ONTO MY DOMAIN?! SHOW YOURSELVES AND FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS!" Palkia yells out as he charges up an attack, thinking that this duo is a different Pikachu and Charizard.
"Peace Palkia, it's just us! We can prove it too!" Shelly says as she pulls out Team PokéPals' badge and emblem. This seemed to calm Palkia down when he recognizes the badges and stops charging his attack.
"We only want to know what's been happening to Pokémon all over the world. Several Pokémon has gone missing since this morning and the only thing connecting this all are these strange bright lights and circles. We only wanted to know if you know anything about this."
"Very well Shelly, I shall tell you everything you need to know. As you know, while Dialga controls time, I control space and keep the darkness in check. But as I patrolled by domain, there have been small holes that constantly open and close at random. I also see various Pokémon and other strange creatures go through these holes. I save all I could, but the power these holes emit is foreign magic."
"Magic?! Could it be another legendary Pokémon altering space and time from somewhere else?" Ace asked.
"This could not be the case. The energies I've felt when I go near these holes feel foreign but very weak like an amateur has created them. A legendary Pokémon would have the power to create holes bigger than this, but it seems that these amateurs are messing with forces they don't understand."
"This is a little unnerving. Why would someone or something do something like this? How could we know who's going to be kidnapped?" Shelly asked the Pokémon Of Space.
Palkia reflects a little on this question, but replies with, "I do not know, but whoever tries to meddle with MY domain shall perish! I will save all I can and try to punish the ones who try to destroy the fabric of space. Be wary, however, there are countless Pokémon being sucked into these holes and there is no guarantee I can save you if you get sucked in."
"Alright Palkia, we hear you loud and clear. Just to be sure, is there a way to prevent Pokémon from being kidnapped? I just want to do all I can and try to prevent both innocent Pokémon from being taken from their families and friends." Shelly asked, thinking of all the Pokémon in Treasure Town and in the Wigglytuff Guild.
"I am afraid there is nothing a Pokémon such as yourself can prevent. You are capable of many great things, but you are not capable of saving everyone from an unknown fate. I now must leave, I sense a wave of foreign magic in space. Farewell Shelly and Ace and I hope we may meet again."
Palkia soon made a portal for Shelly and Ace to travel through and made another portal for himself and disappeared. What Palkia said made Shelly a little sad, but Ace cheered her up and assured her that nothing will happen to them. This seemed to make Shelly a bit better and when Ace offered to fly her around town, she felt better.
Ace and Shelly flew around Sharpedo's Bluff and this seemed to cheer Shelly up. She also realized that she would be performing tonight at Spinda's Café. Shelly got excited and after she and Ace flew around Treasure Town, she goes to her room and gets ready for today's show. Shelly begins packing her stuff up and puts on her Belle costume and runs to Spinda's Café.
Spinda's Café feels a lot more vibrant and lively then it was two years ago. Various Pokémon adventurers and regular patrons sit around the tables as the staff gives them their drinks. There were many Pokémon exchanging stories of their recent adventures and expedition, all the while keeping the entire place feel comfortable and full of life. Various patrons were smiling, laughing, and just having a good ole time here. Shelly could even see Ace along with other members of the Wigglytuff Guild waving at her when she enters.
Shelly goes up to Spinda who was preparing various other drinks while spinning around as he usually does. He finally notices Shelly when he got done with an order he was doing and greets her warmly.
"Nice to see you again Shelly, are you ready to perform?"
"Yep, just need to make sure my stuff is ready and I'll be set."
"Alright, I'll let everyone know that your performance will be happening soon. With all these disappearances happening lately, I bet you singing will cheer everyone up."
Shelly smiled at Spinda and got onto the new stage that Spinda had built. When the Pokémon saw Shelly go up on stage, they started getting quieter and put all their attention on Shelly. She smiled at everyone and began singing in a melodic, almost hypnotic voice. Now the entire café was almost silent, with just the beautiful singing voice from Shelly. The song she was singing was a ballad about a trio of legendary Pokémon and their young apprentice who wants to just like them. As Shelly sang, the loud beeping of a Magnemite interrupted Shelly's singing and put every Pokémon on high alert.
"ZZZT! Alert, two infamous outlaws, Luxray and Lucario, have been seen wreaking havoc on Treasure Town! We request aid in helping detain these outlaws! A large reward will be administered to all Pokémon that help! ZZZT!"
Shelly and many others were surprised to hear that two infamous thieves have gone to Treasure Town. Many members of the Wigglytuff Guild, started rushing out of Spinda's Café, including Shelly and Ace. Spinda tried to protest Shelly leaving mid-performance, but Shelly was already out of the door with her treasure bag in hand while still in her Belle Costume.
Shelly, Ace, Crawdaunt (Formerly Corphish), and Bibarel (Formerly Bidoof) show up where various magnemites were knocked unconscious and the partner thieves began looting the banks, the shops, and the storage. Ace could see that Lucario is in his mega-evolve form and Ace follows suit, turning into Mega Ace (X) and flies towards Lucario at fast speeds.
Lucario notices Ace and does Dragon Pulse, which proved super effective when Ace stops in his tracks and crashes to the ground. Ace soon returns the gesture with a Fire Punch which seems to take the air out of Lucario's lungs. Ace then grabs Lucario and flies high up in the air and soon plummets down back to the earth.
Lucario was crushed by Ace's weight and seeing how he's almost done for, he charges up one last attack. Lucario begins charging up a Hyper Beam and ready to fire upon the group of Ace's friends. Ace sees this and eats an Oran Berry to restore his health. Ace then Flare Blitzed into the Hyper Beam and survives the attack. The Flare Blitz soon hit Lucario, instantly knocking him out and defeating him.
Meanwhile, with Shelly and the others, they were fighting Luxray who had Marill (Formerly Azurill) and Azumarill (Formerly Marill) as hostages. Crawdaunt did a Rain Dance and Bibarel did a Mud Slap on Luxray, which proved very effective. Luxray retaliated with a Thunderbolt and knocked Crawdaunt out. Shelly soon cast an Icicle Crash onto Luxray which made Luxray flinch. Bibarel soon made a dash towards Azurill and Marill to save them, while Shelly distracted Luxray. Before Luxray could react to Bibarel's rescue, Shelly used Iron Tail on Luxray and bashed him on his head.
Luxray retaliated with Toxic, but Shelly was able to replace herself with a Substitute and not be poisoned. Shelly then grabbed Luxray and threw him up in the air, casting down a Thunderbolt onto Luxray. It didn't do much damage to Luxray, but it paralyzed him for long enough for Shelly to do another Iron Tail on him and knock him out. Bibarel returned back safely with Marill and Azumarill who thanked him profusely for saving them. Shelly checked up on Ace and saw that returned back to his normal form.
Both Luxray and Lucario were soon taken in by police and Magnezone rewarded all the Pokémon who helped detain the infamous duo with 9,000 Poké each. Unfortunately, like always, the Wigglytuff Guild took 90% of everyone's reward. After that little scuffle, Shelly and the rest returned to Spinda's Café, Spinda and the rest of the staff welcomed them back and Shelly resumed her performance. Also, as an apology for leaving mid-performance, she began taking request from the audience and it was a pretty relaxing day after that.
After Shelly's performance, she soon changed out of her outfit and put it into her Treasure Bag. She meets up with Ace and the rest of her friends at Wigglytuff's Guild and have been talking about their day and complaining about the guild's policies. there has been news that multiple Pokémon that disappeared were now returned to their homes and families.
Unfortunately, there are still some missing Pokémon. When they interviewed the returning Pokémon, they say before they disappeared, they all heard a strange chant in their head. After the chant was over, they would disappear and fly through a strange black void. The returning Pokémon have also said that they were saved by a strange Pokémon that was flying through the void right before they went through a strange hole in the void.
Team PokéPals was relieved that Palkia was saving Pokémon from the void as he said. This was good news and it felt like everyone in the world breathed giant sigh of relief. Well, that was until Ace was hearing chanting in his head. Everyone went wide-eyed when Ace said that he was hearing chanting. They began panicking and Shelly was on the verge of crying. Then the inevitable happened and Ace soon disappeared a flash of bright light.
Shelly began crying and everyone was confused and she told everyone that there isn't anything that she or anyone else could do to stop it. A few minutes after Ace disappeared, she heard this chant, "My servant that existed somewhere in this vast universe, my divine, beautiful, wise, powerful servant, heed my call, I wish from the very bottom of my heart and add to my guidance and appear!"
Shelly realized what this meant and with a sad look in her eyes, started saying bye to everyone. She tells them she hopes she'll see them again and that she will return and find out the cause of these disappearances. The next thing she saw was a flash of light and she soon left everyone behind, determined to find out what's happening to the Pokémon that disappeared
She felt cold as she drifted through the vastness of this black empty void. Shelly tries to look for anyone who was kidnapped, but her attempts to navigate through the void were unsuccessful. She feels herself being guided as she floats towards a bright light. Suddenly, Shelly hears the roars of Palkia and he was holding various other Pokémoniin his arms and on his back. Palkia tries to reach for Shelly, but he was too late as she enters the hole in space. Palkia, knowing he can't save Shelly on time, cast an Aura Sphere at the hole to hurt the person trying to kidnap Shelly. Palkia knew that Shelly could take care of herself and somewhere in his heart, knows that Shelly will come back.
...
BOOM!
That was the first thing that Shelly heard and she was in smoke. Shelly was covered in soot and as she tries to clean herself off, she could hear people panicking and running around. As her vision clears, she sees various Pokémon attacking... humans? She shakes her head in disbelief as she sees actual humans again. She looks at herself, but she's still a Pikachu.
Well, back to the attacking Pokémon. There were various types of Pokémon and humans around in what looks like a courtyard. Lying on the ground are Pokémon and humans unconscious and there was a lot of screaming on both sides. As Shelly looks through the chaos, she sees Ace asleep with a red-haired woman that looked a little burnt, tired, and battered. Shelly was more concerned with Ace's condition, seeing that his flaming tail is dangerously fading. Shelly could see the red-haired woman say something, but couldn't hear what the human was saying over the chaos.
Shelly, on the other hand, was scooped up by a strange pink-haired girl that was wearing a similar uniform as the red-haired woman Shelly saw earlier. Both Shelly and the pink-haired girl retreat back inside of what looks like a castle. As the pink-haired girl ran, a Noivern attacked her and did a Boom-Burst, injuring everyone near the radius of the screech. It hurt Shelly's ears and the pink-haired girl pulled something out and yelled, "Fireball!" at the Noivern. Instead of a fireball, a large explosion hit Noivern and it knocked it unconscious for a while.
When the pink-haired girl got inside the strange castle, a bald man walks up to the pink-haired girl and says something to her. They were speaking in a different language and the pink-haired girl looked very happy when she saw Shelly.
Shelly herself was visibly confused, tilting her head sideways as she tries to understand what they're saying. Both the pink-haired girl and the bald man notices Shelly's confusion and the bald man does something. Shelly doesn't feel different but knows the bald man did something to her.
Shelly angrily shouts out, "Hey! What the heck did you just do to me?! And where are?! Where are my friends and why did you kidnap us?!"
The pink-haired girl gasps in excitement and replies back with, "I think it's trying to speak to us, Professor Colbert. But I only hear it saying 'Pikachu' though. It also has a backpack like the ones that the dragon Kirche summoned."
"Hmm, maybe it had it's one language that only their species can understand? But anyway, at least this familiar isn't attacking us immediately as the others. I'm just glad that nothing else will go awry again today."
Shelly was understandably shocked when they couldn't understand her. At least she could understand them at least. Shelly then remembers that during her time as a human, she could barely understand Pokémon and only heard them say their names. Shelly sighs to herself and tries to make them understand what she's saying.
"I know that you probably won't understand what I'm saying, but why am I here? What happened and why did you kidnap us?"
"Aww, it's so cute when it speaks." The pink-haired girl says as she picks up Shelly and begins pinching her cheeks.
This was a terrible idea. When the pink-haired girl pinched Shelly's red cheek, the girl was electrified and out of spite, Shelly made the shock feel a lot worse. Just enough to teach her not to pinch her cheeks. The pink-haired girl yelled out in pain and the apparently named Professor Colbert looked at Shelly with fascination.
"Interesting, it seems that this creature has the ability to conduct electricity. I would recommend not trying to aggravate it further, there's no telling what this creature could do. I'd make the contract if I were you, don't need this one running off as the other creatures did."
The pink-haired girl nodded and said the following, "Pentagon that rules the five powers, bless this creature and make it my familiar!"
She soon kissed Shelly on the forehead and Shelly began to feel weird. Her body felt hot as she begins glowing as she cries out in pain. The pink-haired girl looked a little guilty about doing this and Professor Colbert simply watches. Bright lettering that Shelly doesn't understand begins to glow on her right hand and she soon blacks out, hoping when she wakes up, that this would all just be a vision and not a reality.
Human Perspective
It was a relatively normal morning for a girl named Louise de la Vallière, but since no one in their right mind would keep saying that long name, she was simply known as Louise. Now, tomorrow was going to be the day that will either make or break her. The Familiar Summoning Ceremony was the day she'll prove to her bullies that she is not a Zero. Maybe if she summons something awesome or majestic, they'll finally stop with the name calling and the teasing.
Louise is determined to summon something to impress her fellow students. But then a few things popped up in her head, what if she fails? She'll be expelled and be humiliated as a failed mage. What if she summons something pathetic like a tiny mouse or non-magical cat? Or worse, what if she does summon something, but it's peasant boy. She would never hear the end of it from bullies like Kirche and Montmorency.
She prepared for class and as she walks down the halls to her classroom, she could hear students calling her Zero and mocking her for her failures. The whispering was driving Louise insane and for once, she hopes that an explosion would hurt people like Kirche. Speaking of which, Kirche and two of her friends were walking down the hall. Louise tries to avoid them and lose them in the crowd, but Kirche notices Louise's pink hair amongst all the natural colored hair. Kirche begins teasing Louise about how the school will need to replace the classrooms again and jokes about how she'll be expelled from the school.
Louise only sighs and tries to get to class, but Kirche keeps on antagonizing her. Louise was able to keep her temper under control and not embarrass herself in front of a crowd of people. Kirche eventually stopped bothering her when she realized that Louise isn't going to blow up this time, figuratively anyway, the day is still young and Louise has a bunch of classes in front of her and the Familiar Summoning Ritual today.
Today's class was about transmutation and it was pretty much about the basics of transmutation and what it does. Louise was taking notes and it was an all-around peaceful class. Well, it would've been if Louise wasn't chosen to do a demonstration transmutation. Everyone in the classroom was panicking and tried to tell the teacher about Louise's success rate. Louise herself was getting even angrier the more the other students tried to get Louise not to blow up the classroom and accepts to do the demonstration.
Some students in the classroom were bracing for impact, others just up and left the classroom entirely. Louise was confident that today was the day that she would finally succeed at casting a spell. She pointed her wand at the pile of pebbles on the teacher's desk and bright colorful lights began glowing. It finally looked like it was going to work, but unfortunately, what followed was a huge explosion and it destroyed the classroom.
Many of the students were yelling angrily at Louise and keep calling her a Zero. Louise just looks a little upset, but ultimately knows that this was probably the result anyway. She tries to pass it off as a 'tiny mistake' but everyone knows that ever since she joined this academy, there has been nothing but explosions in the classroom. Louise was soon sent the Headmaster's Office while the unfortunate teacher was sent to the nurse to be healed.
After Louise was told that the destruction of the classroom was just partially her fault, she was soon sent the rest of her classes and was told that the teachers won't be picking her to 'demonstrate' anymore spells. This dishearted Louise, but there was nothing she could do about it and kept up a stoic facade. As Louise was going to her next class, Kirche and her friends were walking up the stairs and Kirche calls out to Louise.
"Hey, how was it? Another trip to detention? Or were you finally expelled?" Kirche and Montmorency laughed when Kirche finished. Tabitha, however, stayed quiet and kept reading her book.
"I'm not being punished." Louise calmly says as she walks past the trio of girls.
Kirche was surprised and asked, "Why not?"
"They said it was partially the teacher's fault for making me do it after all the students tried to stop her."
Kirche and Montmorency only laughed at Louise as she continued walking down the stairs.
Louise was now blushing from embarrassment and says, "I just wasn't doing my best today."
"You're always having a bad day! You can't even get a real byname, Louise the Zero!"
"Shut up!" Louise cries out.
Kirche simply continues, "Tomorrow will be a sight! What kind of familiar will you be summoning up?"
"As far as summoning spells, I'm confident in Summon Servant, if nothing else! Just you watch! I'll conjure up a familiar so divine, beautiful, and powerful, that it will be better than anything you can cook up!" Louise soon storms off in a huff and continues the rest of her day.
The rest of class was normal. There weren't any more explosions in the classroom and when Louise walk to class, a few students would thank her for effectively canceling Alchemy for the day. Now to say if these were genuine thank yous or just another way to make fun of her is up in the air right now. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and Louise was constantly thinking of what kind of familiar she'll summon.
...
Later in the morning, all the second-year students were gathered up in the courtyard and had their wands at the ready. There were multiple teachers gathering up the students in groups and they began summoning their familiars. It was going well until strange unknown creatures began to be summoned.
BOOM!
The first creature unlike like the others didn't just materialize out of nowhere and there was a huge explosion which injured the summoner. Out in the smoke, there was a strange purple balloon that had two strings and a face. It looked confused and when it locked eyes with the injured summoner, the strange creature grabbed the student and soon floated up into the air. Everyone panicked and as the teacher tried casting spells to destroy the creature, the balloon was so high, that if it popped, the student would surely perish.
BOOM!
There was another explosion and out came a large green monster. It had spikes on it's back and had a blue belly. It was fearsome looking and the people around the student who summoned it was impressed. That was until it began roaring and attacked the other students. The spells cast weren't enough to kill the beast and it severely injured the students and the teacher watching them. It soon busted a giant hole in the courtyard wall and ran away.
By the time the giant creature destroyed the wall, the other students and teachers were alerted by this and were instructed to keep doing the familiar summoning ceremony. This would prove to be a very stupid decision and cause everyone a headache for the next month. Explosions were everywhere in the courtyard, some even heard a brief, but terrifying roar when they summoned their future familiar. Soon, all hell broke loose when these strange undiscovered creatures were summoned.
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
Various monsters were running around and injuring students. Spells were cast all over the courtyard and even more of the staff members went outside to see what the commotion was all about. It soon turned into a battle with strange creatures escaping the courtyard or even entering the academy itself.
Kirche summoned an orange dragon with a flaming tail that looked confused from all the chaos. Kirche, at first, was excited to see that she summoned such a powerful creature and began chanting. When Kirche tried making the contract with the dragon, the dragon was growling and roaring at her. After it realized Kirche didn't understand it, its claws were engulfed in flames and it punched her right in the stomach.
Kirche screamed out in pain and part of her uniform was burning. She called out to one of the professors for help and one of them was a healer. The nurse healed Kirche back to health and asked Kirche to come back inside. Kirche said no and said something along the lines of, 'I'm going to get that dragon if it's the last thing I do.' Kirche soon prepared a fireball spell and fired it at the dragon.
That attack seemed to get the dragon's attention and it charged towards Kirche. It spewed a torrent of fire at Kirche, a fire so hot, not even she can withstand. Her uniform burns and her flesh was getting charred from the flames. The dragon soon flew towards Kirche with another fiery punch and it seriously injured her. Kirche looked up to the dragon and all she sees in the dragon was pure rage and anger. It growled something at her and lifted her up. Kirche knew this was a very dangerous and stupid move, but she chanted, "Pentagon that rule the five powers, bless this creature and make it my familiar!"
She then kissed the dragon on the nose and the contract worked! It dropped Kirche from surprise and Kirche saw a bucket full of water nearby. She dashed towards the water bucket and and soaked the dragon in water. The dragon couldn't take the pain from the water and soon fainted, it's flaming tail much smaller than before.
Tabitha summoned an egg and with all the chaos that was happening, this would be a good thing. The egg began cracking and a tiny blue serpent-like creature pushed its way out of the egg. It looked at Tabitha with joy and she assumed that the creature was imprinted on her. She soon made a contract with the tiny serpent and ran inside the academy.
Montmorency summoned a strange blue frog that had a white bubble-like scarf. The creature looked confused and looked around the chaotic courtyard that was filled with screaming students, enraged creatures, and various professors trying to fend off said, creatures. Montmorency took this opportunity to make a contract with the creature and run off into the academy with it.
Guiche summoned a yellow armored creature. It resembled an armadillo and had a brick-like hide. Guiche tried to make a contract with the creature, it scratched Guiche in the face and burrowed into the ground. Guiche was enraged by this and summoned his Valkyries to track down the creature. They succeeded and they attempt to dig the creature out. It was able to destroy a few valkyries, but Guiche was able to make a contract with the yellow creature.
Louise was really nervous and couldn't concentrate with all the chaos that's going on. With all the creatures running around, all the spells being cast, and all the explosions that were going on when someone summoned a future familiar, she could barely keep her cool. Louise was able to concentrate enough and do the spell. The spell resulted in an explosion, but with all the explosions that have been happening in the courtyard, she was hopeful.
When Louise heard coughing, she was hopeful and her heart was beating. When the smoke cleared, she saw a tiny little creature that had a heart-shaped tail and bright red cheeks. It was also wearing a backpack and a bandanna of some kind and Louise got excited. It looked really cute and adorable and Louise became very happy with what she summoned. However, Louise knew that the other creatures that were summoned today were extremely dangerous and rowdy, so while the cute creature was distracted, she scooped the little creature up and dashed towards the academy.
As she ran to safety, a giant winged bat-like creature with massive ears and screamed a very loud shockwave. Louise took out her wand and for once in her life, was happy that an explosion came out of what she thought was a fireball. It brought the bat creature to the ground. Both Louise and the creature were able to get back inside to safety, with Professor Colbert walking up to Louise. Kirche wasn't seen anywhere and many of the students weren't here.
"Thank goodness you're back here alive Louise. Have you seen any more students get inside the academy?"
"No Professor Colbert, but I was able to summon a familiar that didn't attack me or any of the students on sight."
"Thank goodness, this Familiar Summoning Ceremony is a disaster. I haven't heard of familiar creatures attacking their summoners like this. Maybe just roughing them up, but not to this magnitude."
The small yellow creature looked confused at what they were saying and Professor Colbert remembered something. Professor Colbert soon remembers to cast the spell for the familiar to understand it's master. After all, how is a familiar servant suppose to take commands if it doesn't understand what you're saying?
The small mouse creature soon yells something at them, it tries to speak, but the only thing both Louise and Professor Colbert hear is, "Pika pika pika! Pika pika pika!"
Louise was shocked to hear that the creature that she summoned could speak but was disappointed when it was only able to say Pikachu. Still, it was pretty cute to hear the creature speak.
"I think it's trying to speak to us, Professor Colbert.
The small creature sounded angry when it said, "Pika pika pika! Pika!"
"Aww, it's so cute when it speaks," Louise says as she picks up the small yellow cutie. She decides to pinch it's cute red cheeks and begins hugging it. This turned out to be a bad idea when Louise get electrified and electricity begins to crackle on the creature's face. Louise yelled out in pain and Professor Colbert looked very interested in the creature.
"Interesting, it seems that this creature has the ability to conduct electricity. I would recommend not trying to aggravate it further, there's no telling what this creature could do. I'd make the contract if I were you, don't need this one running off as the other creatures did."
Louise nods at the professor and sets the creature down. She begins chanting, "Pentagon that rules the five powers, bless this creature and make it my familiar!"
The creature begins to glow and it screams out in pain. Louise felt a little guilty from putting such an adorable creature in such pain and couldn't imagine what it's going through right now. As the creature's body begins glowing and runes begin forming on its right arm, it soon faints from the pain. Professor Colbert instructs Louise to stay in the panic room until it's safe to go out into the academy.
...
After a few hours, the academy was officially announced safe to roam again and all the injured students were sent to the local hospital for treatment. This was going to give the headmaster a huge headache when he has to explain to each student's noble parents why their child was being expelled. Many students would be going back home and this was officially the worse Familiar Summoning Ceremony that Headmaster Osmond had to witness.
Hundreds of unknown monsters escaped and while they do have some creatures in captivity and made familiars, they still don't know what kind of creatures they are. The various mages were thinking of and researching recent events that have happened. With the new rise of mysterious and constantly changing dungeons, the number of new species that have been discovered, and the strange nightmares everyone seems to be having, this seems all too convenient to just be a coincidence.
Everyone could just pray to Brmir as these strange and mysterious events unfold. They could only hope for someone or something to help solve these mysterious the entire world is wary of.
Author's Note: Howdy ya'll! Thanks for reading to the end of this chapter. I hope you'll enjoy this Pokémon Mystery Dungeon & Familiar Of Zero crossover. As you can see, the Mystery Dungeon game that this one is based on is Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Sky and is subsequently the first Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game I've played and the game that introduced me to the entire Pokémon franchise in general. So, a lot of good memories with this series.
A few rules I'd like to mention about the Pokémon, they're not limited to only four moves and know all the moves they've ever learned. My explanation for this is that the four moves that Pokémon has are just Pokémon League rules and the Pokémon don't actually forget how to fly or bite. I also like to mention that it's been a while since I've watched Familiar Of Zero and I'm catching up on the anime as I write this.
If this is your first time reading something of mine, I have more stories on my profile if you'd like to check that out. If you've read my stories before, I'll be updating A Wastelander & Cute Monster Girls next. Okay, have a good rest of your day and I'll see you next time I upload :D
