Another short Dialogue-Only story. This is because I've been thinking a LOT how Monica just loooves to say her full name. My sister and I noticed this while watching some of the late season 8 episodes a couple weeks ago. Only I took this and exaggerated it completely!
Now, this might be out of character because I have only seen about 1 season 9 episode so I know way more about Doggett than Monica. If it is just tell me :)

"Special Agent Monica Reyes."
"It's John."
"Oh hey, John. What's up? You sound irritated."
"Can I ask you something?"
"Of course."
"Why do you like your name so much?"
"Oh, Monica Reyes? I don't know it just seems to flow off the tongue."
"Yeah...I get that. But you always answer with your full name! Not even JUST your full name...your full agent title also."
"I like being a special agent. It makes me feel, well, special."
"Alright. I accept that answer...."
"Goodnight John!"
"Goodnight....Monica Reyes."

"Yes, Mon. I know your last name. You don't need to say it every time you speak to me."
"Well you said your full name..."

"What was that smacking noise?"
"Nothing Monica, nothing."
