This is the first time I'm writing something in English… It's not my native language so if there's any mistake, please forgive me.
But I would be grateful for any correction or advice on my fic. So let me know…
By the way, this is set right after season 4 episode 7 of merlin, so don't read if you haven't seen it yet!

Tavern?
Merlin left his and Gaius' chambers after talking to Arthur. The king wanted to have a moment with his court physician so Merlin left to polish the armour, clean the room and wash the clothes of the prat.
On his way to the king's rooms he met Gwaine. They have seen each other only for a moment after Merlin got back to Camelot and haven't talked yet.
"Thank you for saving him, Gwaine!" Merlin said with a smile.
"That's what you do for your friends!" The knight answered while giving Merlin a thoughtful look. "Follow me. I need to tell you something!"
Merlin looked at him confused but followed him to his chambers in the castle.
After shutting and locking the door behind them, Gwaine and Merlin sat down at the small table.
Then Gwaine began to speak: "I don't trust Agravaine! He said he followed us to the caves but it seemed to me he knew exactly where Gaius where and I think he wanted to kill him."
Merlin looked at him calculatingly.
"I think so too… I know so! I found that earth I showed you yesterday on his shoes. He is the traitor!" Merlin spat.
"Then we have to tell Arthur!"
"No, we can't! His uncle is much too dear to him! Believe me I want to tell him but we can't! He won't believe us!"
"Then what should we do?" Gwaine asked.
"Keep an eye on Agravaine … and protect Arthur as always!" Merlin said with a small smile.
Gwaine was still concerned but knew Merlin was right.
They sat in silence for a while, then Gwaine asked his best friend: "Tavern?"
