Ole' Grenneyes [that's old green eyes]

Darkness of Night
The moon rises high, He howls to the low
In the darkness of night
He wonder's why did this happen? Why so?
When people hear him they run in fright
Oh why did he have to become the darkness of night?
He stays out in the cold
And looking in windows full of light
This creature of old
This creature of the night
Yet he howls at the moon above
And wonders why him? Why so?
All he wants is love
In the mornings he lets his tears flow
He loved once upon a time
A beautiful maiden
She comforted him said '' it will be fine ''
But memories of long ago are fading
In the darkness of night
He hunts with his muzzle
He takes down the kill, oh what a horrible sight
In the silence of the forest, the darkness of night
A lost soul roams
A beast with a cursed bite
Wanting a home
He's taunted, teased
Just for being different you know
He's cry till his tears cease
But his sadness he never shows
Because in the darkness of night
He hunts in his muscular frame
People fear the cursed bite
He then hides in shame
He wonders if life is worth living,
Worth fighting for
Life is a special gift giving
So let me tell you sir [ A/N : it rhymes with ''for'']
He may be a beast
Something to fear
You may be afraid, of what he feast
Or may snicker and stare
But he has feelings
He's special like you
And me
Because in the darkness of the night
We all do change
He does it by nature
Then feels shame
But you who point and call him
''Werewolf, beast''
What is your excuse?
Do you get relief?
He has his nature
You kill for fun
Tell me whom to punish?
Who is the guilty one?
