Would you kindly,

Step from the safety of the bathysphere.

Would you kindly,

Grant yourself the power of gods, the last temptation of the wicked.

Would you kindly,

Soldier through the demented, the deranged, and the deadly.

Would you kindly,

Kill the smelly monster and cultivate your morals.

Would you kindly,

Lose everything you care about.

Would you kindly,

Find your true calling.

Would you kindly,

Remove the cracked link in the chain.

Would you kindly,

Wake up and smell the ashes.

Would you kindly,

Pick up the pieces.

Would you kindly,

End him.

Would you kindly,

Transcend your fate.

AUTHORS NOTE: Basically a summary of the events (in order) that occured in Bioshock. It actually has no spoilers, as I have obscured everything so much that you can read and enjoy it without even playing Bioshock.

I used "would you kindly" before every line because it it repeated throughout the story and this is a poetic summary of the story. I also needed a base for the poem, so I used that phrase.

This is all my work, though the repetition part is loosley based on a System Shock poem of the same structure. I need to know where to submit that one, so if anyone know please tell me!

Also, I really don't care if you review. I'm not going to spend half a page telling you what characters I'm going to kill if you don't. A well rounded critique or praise is a gift, and I'm no beggar. If you like the story, thats great. If you dont, thats great. If you feel like telling me why you feel either of those things in a grammatically correct paragraph with appropriate language, thats great. The only reason I put this on here was the thought that it might brighten someone's day. Or ruin it, if you are so pessimistically inclined.

Yeah, basically thats it. My first submitted fic, I don't suck at descriptions, I don't really care if you review, but I will read all those I recieve.

~ With kindly,
