Hazy Mornings
The youngest Ohtori son woke up in a daze. Sunlight streamed through the floor length curtains in his bedroom. He picked his glasses off the side table and stood up, careful not to wake his beloved that lay peacefully next to him. The silent boy walked around to the other side of the bed and sat down next to a sleeping Tamaki, who looked exceptionally cute, in his opinion. He reached out a hand and stroked the soft golden hair that adorned his other half's head. The lights that came in from the windows caught the shine on the identical rings on his and Tamaki's ring fingers. He remembers every point in their turbulent relationship; the first time they met, the host club opening, their love confession, their first kiss, their acceptance in each of their respectable families which lead them to their marriage just four months ago today. Without him realising, Tamaki had slithered his arms around Kyouya's neck and his lips gave little love pecks all the way down his neck.
'Good morning mommy,' Tamaki said quietly in his lover's ear with a giggle.
'Good morning daddy,' he spoke back to him. He rounded on the blond king and kissed him softly on the lips, Tamaki all too eager and leaned into it, making in more passionate than the shadow king had expected. One of the maids walked in, but soon ran out at the sight of two young men holding each other and kissing. They broke apart and Kyouya pushed some of the blonde bangs that fell in front of his partners face.
'Happy anniversary,' he whispered in the blonde king's ear.
'You too, Mon amour,' Tamaki said as he stood up and held a hand out to Kyouya. He took it and together they made their way down to the surprisingly empty kitchen (Kyouya thought the maids took the hint and left them to their own devices) and Tamaki started on the breakfast. He made Kyouya sit down and lift a finger, but seeing Tamaki without a shirt made him stand and wrap his arms around the blonds' waist and kiss his neck, which smelled like fresh flowers, even though he'd just woken up.
'My darling, you don't have to do this for me,' he said quietly in Tamaki's ear.
'But this is what husbands do for their wives on their anniversary!' He said with a ting of annoyance. He wanted to show his dear partner just how much he meant to him!
'I already know just how much I mean to you, so you don't have to cook to prove that,' he whispered again.
'Oh, well that changes things,' he said gleefully. He rounded on Kyouya, put his arms round his waist and firmly pressed his lips against his own. He'd never realised that Kyouya's lips were really soft! And how did he know just when to move his tongue into his mouth like that! Little things like this are just some of the things that Tamaki didn't know about his darling shadow king.
