A/N: Hi everyone. This is a new exploration for me and I very much appreciate any advice and constructive criticism to help improve this fic. That however doesn't give you free reign to completely rip it apart. This is my first try at a horror style fic and my first deviation from the familiar anime,games, harry potter stuff I stick too.
Disclaimer: I Do Not Own any of the characters in this fic. I only own a couple of names. I shall happily point these out when necessary.
Chapter 1 :Meet Snow White
Clouds moved swiftly across the night sky. Hiding the moon and stars from keen astronomers. Wolves darted between tree's hunting their prey.
A scantily clad women runs desperately through the forest, trying to escape the person chasing her and the wolf pack now also pursuing her.
Her clothes, that hung in shreds from her body, gave her little protection from the undergrowth and thorny branches that ripped at her as she ran. She stumbles into a clearing only to trip over a log. Her attempt to stand again was foiled by her own body, as she had badly twisted her ankle during the fall. She wept bitterly as she heard and felt her pursuers closing in around her.
All of a sudden the air around her froze and the atmosphere grew still. Everything was deathly silent, no night life was daring to move and in the distance she could hear the wolves lay down in submission. The footsteps were also frozen, so she chanced a look around. She gasped as she spotted something gliding towards her through the stillness.
It was a figure draped in a long blood red cloak, with a hood that easily covered the figure's face. The figure spoke with a voice that was as soft as the velvet of her cape.
"Do not be afraid Childe. All shall be well in just a moment."
The woman relaxed slightly as the red cloak was wrapped around her, revealing the most beautiful woman she had ever seen. Her skin was as white as the purest snowfall, eyes as blue as the deepest lagoon, her hair was long and as black as the darkest ebony, and her lips were as red as the freshest blood.
The cloak seemed to encompass the scared woman and it made her feel warm and safe. She was just drifting off, when she noticed what the beautiful woman was wearing. For the forest it seemed somewhat inappropriate as she was dressed in a dark blue ball gown that shimmered when the moonlight hit it. The beautiful woman made her way over to the person who had been chasing the poor woman and began circling them. Then she began to sing and it finally coaxed the exhausted woman into a deep slumber.
"Come my Childe, into the night. Don't be afraid, bathe in the light. The time has come for you to pay, So here's Snow White and i've come to play."
Snow White's features became quite feral and fangs grew. Wings burst from her back and encompassed her prey. All that could be heard were the screams and the gurgle of blood as it poured from the thrashing body behind the wings.
When all was silent again Snow White reverted back to her normal self and delicately wiped the blood spatter from around her lips. She tossed the dead body to the waiting wolves and carefully picked up the sleeping woman.
As she walked away she whispered into the night,
"You shall be a welcome addition to our coven, Red Riding Hood."
A dark seductive chuckle escaped her lips as she carried her prize away. Slowly the sounds and life in the forest returned to normal and the wolves dug into their meal.
