As we walked into the bar, I felt my palms go sweaty. "God it is so hot in here" I thought. Nico lead me to a booth and we sat down. "Sooo, do you wanna get a drink?" he asked lazily. I rolled my eyes and said," you should be glad that this bar is really shady or then you wouldn't be able to even be here". He scowled, "I'll be 21 in 3 months". Whatever. Then, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see a brunette girl in a very short bunny costume and sighed. "Nico, she's all yours" I said tiredly. With Nico being a half-god, he tended to attract many women. To my surprise, the girl said," what makes you think that I want him? It's you that I want." She then proceeded to stroke my hair. Nico snickered. He shut up when I sent him a look that said shut up or you will regret having met me. "Uhhhhhh, I'm not really interested in girls. Sorry." I said hesitantly, not wanting to hurt her feelings. "I can make that change tonight" she said with a sly smirk. She sat on my lap and grabbed my face. Then, I looked to Nico with desperation. He just smirked and watched. That selfish bastard. The girl, saw me looking at Nico," Who is that scum? Is he your boyfriend? I bet I can give you better sex than him!" Nico's eyes widened when the girl, whose name is Melinda (AN: I don't have anything against the name Melinda or people named Melinda. Just Saying.) said that. Then, Melinda leaned in, and right before she kissed me, I grabbed Nico's face and smashed my lips to his. At first he didn't move at all, but then he started to kiss me back. I was surprised. When we pulled apart, Melinda scoffed and walked away, presumably to another girl. I turned to Nico and said jokingly," Sorry, I didn't want to have my first kiss at a bar to be with a girl. Maybe my second, but not my first. " "There's no need to be sorry, I kinda liked that." He said honestly. "Oh really?" Then I leaned in and kissed him again, this time much longer and much better.
