Ah.

The twenty-fifth hour.

It's almost an entire week, crammed as tight as can be into a small package of an hour. It is rather similar to Alice In Wonderland. The portal being my rabbit hole, and I being the little girl Alice who has the fortune and misfortune to tumble down and discover the Wonderland beheld inside. Each time I enter, I become a different creature. A fire nymph, controling the heat, or perhaps a witch, where I summon what I wish. Or even an angel, such a person with wings, to soar overhead. And see the world like a bird. Even as a male, such does the world do to me, that I enjoy when I enter. Each time is a new experience. Time slows down, so perhaps a week may pass. During which, adventures ensue.

Dodo birds may trot past, a dragon loop overhead.

A unicorn will gallop, whilst others I cannot fathom.

Lo and behold, a world below.

A week in an hour, which isn't so sour.

The Twenty-Fifth Hour Of Day.

When I first found the portal, I was about . Plodding on my way from place to place. My parents let me have more freedom than others my age. I had a watch, and was checking it frequently. I did not pay attention to where my feet took me, I turned where a turn seemed right. When I looked up from my watch again, I was staring at a solid brick wall. The walls on either side of me were almost touching my shoulders. I blinked, then looked down at my watch.

12:50

I looked up at the wall, not knowing what to do. My feet seemed to be stuck to the ground. I looked down at my watch.

12:52

I pulled at my right leg, my foot would not come up off the ground. I tried my left foot. It stuck. I attempted to jump upwards, but I only managed to fall backwards with my feet still seemingly glued to the ground. I look at my watch.

12:59

13:00

I did a double-take. How is it thirteen o'clock? I looked up at the night sky and stare. There is a bird, frozen mid-flight, it's wings bending mid-flap. I look to my side and see a cat seemingly frozen mid-leap from a dumpster to a trash can. Suddenly there was a blinding flash of light in front of me. I stood up, sheilding my eyes from the white light. I peered carefully through my fingers to see what a sort of almond shaped opening on the wall. It was tipped to the side and the edges looked jagged, as if it had just been sliced open with a sword. I could make out the outline of an enormous mountain range inside.

I felt my feet begin to move. I felt myself beginning to run, straight towards the opening. I swiftly hide my face in my hands, bracing for impact as my feet carry me towards the wall.

My feet keep running. I don't look up, time seems to be taking a long to to carry me into the wall.

Without warning, the ground disappeared from beneath my feet. I felt myself tumbling downwards. Then a pair of arms grabbing my ankles and stopping my descent. "Ho there!" A male voice cried.

The shock of hear that voice made me remove my hands from my face and look at who was holding onto my ankles. It was indeed a man. But the weirdest feature about him was...

That he had enormous blue butterfly wings sprouted from his back.

Everything went black.
