Brave
Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin are inseparable. They were born together, they live together and they promised each other they'd die together no matter what. Because that was Hikaru's worst nightmare; him waking up to find Kaoru not there lying next to him. This was Kaoru's worst fear also.

Hikaru Hitachiin walked into his room to find his brother Kaoru stood by the one large window looking out at their vast courtyard. It was raining heavily and Kaoru flinched every time the thunder would strike. Hikaru knew how much his brother hated the thunder and his heart swelled with pride at his bravery. Kaoru's always been the braver one of the two. Even when they'd climb trees as young children, he always comforted Hikaru's injuries before his own. He slowly walked over to his double and placed a hand on his shoulder.
'You don't have to be brave with me, Kaoru. I won't tell anyone you're scared of thunder.' Kaoru turned to look his brother in his large amber eyes and smiled softly. Hikaru held his arms out for his brother, and Kaoru slowly sank into a warm embrace. They both knew that they were definitely braver in each others arms.
