It was a beautiful Monday morning at the top of Kami's Lookout, what with Mr. Popo busy watering his garden and Kami himself sitting on a lawn chair and sipping from a glass of ice water. "What a wonderful day we're having isn't it Mr. Popo?" Kami said contentedly. "Yes, Kami it's so nice outside that one might even forget about the androids coming three years."Mr. Popo replied.
"Hey, Kami, it's Korin calling, just wanted to tell you that it looks like Goku is heading up to see you." A disembodied voice, apparently belonging to Korin, the all-important white cat of Korin's tower himself, spoke directly into Kami's mind. "Thank you Korin, I will meet him at the edge of the Lookout." Kami returned. As he exited the palace he easily caught sight of Goku's bright orange gi. "Goku to what do I owe the pleasure of having you come to my humble home?" Kami asked politely. "Kami, you've got to help me! I think there is somebody else inside my head!"Goku said in a panic. "WHAT! You've got to be joking Goku! I'm not sure that's even physically possible anyway." Kami replied, a bit skeptic. "I'm not kidding Kami!" Goku said, at this point beginning to cry. "I keep blacking out, I didn't think it was that bad until I woke up embedded in a tree 20 m from my house." At this point Kami was quite confused. "Goku how did you end up embedded in a tree?" He could see that this is the wrong thing to say when Goku went from crying to sobbing. "Gohan blasted me after I (SOB) slapped Chi-Chi (SOB) hard enough to (SOB) break the wall when she (SOB) flew into it after I (SOB) hit her." A clatter behind them indicated that Mr. Popo had dropped his watering can. Poor Kami couldn't really blame him, if Goku wasn't clinging to him like a lost puppy he probably would've fainted. It was a well-known fact that Goku would never harm Chi-Chi. He practically worshiped the ground she walked on. If Krillin's death was enough to make Goku become a Super Sayain, then even laying a finger on Chi-Chi would give Goku the power to slaughter a million Freiza's. "Kami you got to help me get this guy out of my head! If you can't I'm afraid I might hurt Chi-Chi again!" Goku said his body shaking with tremors. With a sigh Kami directed Goku to sit on his lawn chair and meditate. "Goku I want you to clear your mind. If you can do that then I can make a telepathic connection to whoever else is residing in your mind." Kami extended two fingers and placed them on each temple of Goku's head.
With a jolt Kami found himself inside Goku's mind. "Well that was much easier than I thought it would be."Kami commented to himself. As he made his way deeper into the recesses of Goku's mind, he came to the area where one can enter and control one's conscience. The poor guardian of earth was not prepared for what was before him. On the left side there was a door to Goku's conscience. Painted on the door was the four-star dragon ball and alongside this painting were pictures of all the people Goku had met in his life and befriended. There was even a picture of Vegeta. But on the right side, somehow, someway, there was another door. This one though was darker than the darkest midnight. While examining this door Kami noticed a broken padlock on the ground in front of the door. "Strange, I wonder if the other Goku is behind this door?" Kami asked himself. "Well that's kind of obvious, isn't it, Kami?" A sarcastic voice replied. "Who's there? Show yourself!" Kami questioned the voice. At this the black door swung open wide and the voice replied; "Enter Kami, and I'll tell you everything."
