I told you, and I still believe it. I don't care about your past. I don't care if you were the Hitokiri Battousai. You've always been Kenshin! You have your name and it's Kenshin!
The time we met, you were just a vagabond that needed where to stay. I happily gave you that, thinking to fill my loneliness with your warm smile...
But now, you're leaving me.
For what, Kenshin?
Danger? We're in danger? We're fighters, and we've gone though many things. Yahiko, through his quarrels with Yutaro-kun and his coming of age. Sanosuke, with leaving his bitterness behind. Megumi-san -- she has her own fighting style, keeping us healthy and alive.
And me -- I fight with and for you. With, to be your partner. For, to keep your heart alive.
Okubo-san is dead, and youi say Shishi-o is the one to blame. You don't want to keep us in our problems. You say it'll be more dangerous if you stay.
But do you realize what are the consequences?
Sano is gonna go after you. Yahiko is gonna go after Sano. Megumi-san will be worried, and as for me...
