The trio sat on the clocktower as they did every day after missions were complete and were munching away at their sea-salt as one of those times when Roxas and Xion were talking about something that didn't really interest the redhead named Axel. When this happened, Axel normally zoned out and let his mind wander. (Which didn't bother the smaller nobodies.) On this particular day, the redheads thoughts turned to the past, which made him think about Isa, which, in turn, made him think about Saix.

Now, this was actually a normal reoccurance, as much as Axel didn't like it. The bluenette annoyed him to no end, but he never showed it. And what the the reason that Saix annoyed Axel? Xemnas. The Superior had stolen away something that he had once (and probably still would) loved. That's why he found Roxas, because he knew that Roxas wouldn't kiss up to the Big Man.

But then he started to wonder if Saix ever thought about him. He must do, or else he wouldn't have said 'Lea' in that desperate tone. Axel held onto the hope that Saix really did think about him. Maybe the bluenette thought about him at night. Maybe when he was all alone and- No. That would never happen. He was probably too busy screwing with Xemnas to even want to utter the name 'Axel'.

Green eyes stared at the sun melting into the sky before he was awoken from his thoughts. "Hey, Axel. Are you okay? ..Your eyes look a bit watery." Roxas asked anxiously while Xion had a worried look on her face. "Oh, yeah. I'm fine. Just yawned, you guys probably didn't notice." Axel said quickly with a laugh, Xion opened her mouth to say something but Roxas shot her a look. "Come on, it's time we went back before Saix shouts at us." The blond propesed to the group with a small grin.

Saix.
