It was an absolutely splendid Valentine's Day. Percy squealed happily as he swerved on the ice rink, his skates making a swishy sound. He turned in circles, arms opened wide so he could feel the cool air that always circulated in ice rinks.
He looked over his shoulder, and saw his darling Cornelius carefully stepping onto the ice rink and Percy skated over to the stumbling Minster.
"Let me help you," Percy flirtatiously said, fluttering his eyelashes in a come-hither sort of way.
Cornelius smiled and grasped Percy's pale hand, letting his red-haired lover lead me into an ice-skating dance. He definitely wasn't as graceful as Percy, but it was still absolutely beautiful.
