Author's Note= I'm not really sure what this is… A one-shot I guess… it just sorta came to me… An attempt at third person's POV. Yeah… this was as fairly random idea… So, ya, enjoy and review.
Third Person's POV
No matter how much time Matt spent trying to forget Mello, he never could. No matter how much pain he forced himself through for Mello, Mello never thanked him. No matter where Mello brought him, even if it was to the brink of death and then over the edge, Matt could never blame him.
And some of these are true.
No matter where Mello went, he could never escape Matt. No matter how much pain Mello felt, he couldn't beat the amount that Matt had felt. No matter what death Mello faced, it could never be worse than the one Matt had died.
And some of these are false.
At any time, Mello could escape Matt. And at any time, Matt could drown himself in his sorrows enough to forget Mello. And at any time, Mello could easily have felt more pain than Matt; if he wished. And at any time, Matt could stop putting himself through all that pain. And at any time, Mello could twist his fate and die a brutally mutilating death; far worse than anything Matt could imagine. And at any time, Matt could easily blame Mello for all the things wrong in his life.
But most of those are myth.
Only some people know the truth.
That Mello would never escape Matt, and that Matt never wanted to forget Mello. That Mello wouldn't go through pain when he was with Matt, and that Matt felt no pain in the things he did for Mello. And that their deaths caused no pain to themselves; only caused the anguish to the other.
Because in truth; Matt and Mello can't be described. So whether truth or false; or myth, the only ones who really know. Are the ones that live their lives.
