"Are you ready?" A soft sweet sounding voice called out to me.
I look over and smile she looks gorgeous like always ; dark brown eyes, light creamy skin, long wavy hair that falls by her waist, long thick lashes that almost touch her high cheekbones and a killer smile surrounded by soft pouty lips.
"Of course beautiful" I answer back, she rolls her eyes and blushes just like I knew she would.
No matter how many times I tell her she's beautiful she doesn't believe me
About an hour later when we walk into the party people quiet some and look in her direction but she is oblivious to it all, she doesn't assume anything she is so sweet and naïve in that way ,She looks around the room for people she knows before squeezing my hand and walking off to say hello. I smile after and wonder how it's never even crossed her mind that she is what people stare at that her beauty is what makes people stop in their tracks.
After some time mingling we grab drinks and walk out buy the pool , some guys wolf whistle but she keeps walking doesn't even slowdown .She doesn't know that the attention is for her she's so carefree and unassuming she doesn't know what the fuss is about.
The morning after the party I stand leaning against the bathroom door frame watching her brush her long caramel colored hair and complain about how horrible she looks in the morning. In all honesty mornings are one of the times of day I think she looks her best, I smile at her and shake my head softly before returning my gaze at her. Simple, untainted beauty her eyes bright and cheeks flushed swollen pink lips from morning kisses, I take a few steps and wrap my arms around her I tell her she's beautiful even though I know she won't believe me.
She doesn't know she's beautiful it's never crossed her mind but that's okay because I'll continue to tell her everyday till the end of forever, A girl like her should, No, a girl like her needs to know how perfect she is to me how beautiful; So I'll just keep telling her until she gets the message because she is beautiful,pure kind sweet and undeniably beautiful…
