Antonio paled and turned around slowly. It was getting closer and closer and closer and-!

"Please, no!" He cried into the darkness, it was foolish to think it would speak back; but Antonio continued to sob for mercy as it approached.

"The words he said. They pierced your heart; and there is no way back- once your hearts' gone. And when he kissed you, your eyes were shut. But when he's gone; they'll be open, again…"

It came closer, repeating the verse slowly like a chanting ghost, and Antonio stood up; shaking with fear he stepped forward.

"That's a lie. My heart is fine. And the tears I cried- I call that love. And once you are gone, I'll be free! And nothing is left to keep him from me…!"

It tilted it's head, smiling as it spoke,

"Oh, Antonio. Don't you see? He doesn't love you. Romano loves me. And I am you, just better. And our little Lovi deserves better than you."

Antonio fell to his knees crying, "NO! SHUT UP."

It finally came into his view, a slim- tall, pale reflection of himself.

The same face, the same hair, teeth, nose, ears, body, but it's eyes were a pale green, not the usual bright green of the real Antonio's irises; almost a teal of some sort.

It slowly shrugged and pulled a pair of scissors from it's pocket; and then in a flash- it melted into Antonio's lover.

"R—Romano-!"

"Don't talk to me. I'm not real, idiot. You've always been so stupid, too innocent to see that I didn't love you. I HATE you, Antonio. And now I can be happy, without you. That's what we call destiny."

Romano slowly raised the scissors over his head- "But I do love you afterall…~" and stabbed them down towards Antonio.

Without thinking, Antonio grabbed Romano's wrist; cutting the attack short.

"Did you say that you loved me? I've been waiting so long to hear those words; but it's to late now- because it would be easier to kill yo-"

Romano dropped the scissors and pulled Antonio into a tight hug, morphing back into Antonio.

"Isn't it just okay to love eachother?" it smiled, "This isn't what you call 'destiny', just a fading certain love world-"

Everything burst and shattered; and Antonio sat up in his bed, screaming.
