A/N: Just a sweet little drabble that I've had written for a while. Enjoy x
He woke to a tickling sensation of the left bare side of his bare chest. After gathering enough energy to look down, he found Hermione's eyelashes flicking back and forth rapidly on his breast as she read, her book charmed in the air while she lay against him.
" 'The Theory of Integrated Arithmantic Potioneering: How Statistical Arithmancy Can Increase Test Reliability.' A bit of light reading in the morning, love?"
"Oh, shut up," she grinned, waving the book down and resting her chin on his chest. "You love it."
"I love you," he corrected, smirking softly. He bent to kiss her forehead, couldn't contain himself and continued to her lips. He felt her smile and tangled his fingers in her hair, gently pulling her to rest fully on top of him.
"Good morning," Draco said finally. He watched her eyes soften and her cheeks flush lightly, and he thought, as he did every morning, that she was never so beautiful as when she woke next to him. Merlin, she had him turned into the world's biggest sap.
"What are you thinking?" She questioned him.
"Just how you've turned me into an idiotic, sappy moron," he returned, traversing his hands down her back to her waist.
"No more than you have to me".
"Good."
"Good."
"Breakfast?"
"I'd love to."
