What Havoc Saw

"I promise, I saw the Colonel and Hawkeye out on a date last night!" Havoc exclaimed to rest of Roy's subordinates; Falman, Breda, and Fuery.
"Yeah, right." Breda replied sarcastically.
"I did. You know that hot blond that he's been going out with a lot lately?" Havoc asked defensively.
"Yeah, so what of it?" Falman replied.
"That was Hawkeye!"
"If you think about it, she does look a lot like her." Fuery added, taking Havoc's side.
"I guess she kind of does but it's hard to picture Hawkeye like that." Breda stated honestly.
"Where'd you see them and what were they doing?" Falman asked the question that the other two wanted to know as well.
"I was at theater with my new girlfriend . That's when I saw them both walking out together and she was holding his hand. Then when I was about to get in the car to drive my date home, I saw him kiss her before he closed her car door,"
"Hard to believe, if you ask me." Falman replied.
Just then the door to the office opened and a over confident Colonel walked in, followed by his lieutenant. They walked over to the group, gathered by Havoc's desk. The group stared at them, not knowing what would happen.
"So, what's hard to believe?" Roy asked, with his signature smirk. They all stayed silent. He then looked to Fuery, know the young officer would tell. "Fuery, what's so hard to believe?"
"That you and the lieutenant were out on a date together and kissing." Fuery answered, hesitantly.
The accused Colonel and lieutenant looked at each other then back to the group , before Roy asked, "Why would you think that?"
"Havoc said he saw you and the lieutenant." Falman answered for Fuery.
"Havoc, huh?" Roy mumbled, lazily. "I was out on a date last night but Hawkeye, where were you?"
"I was at home, sir." Riza answered, easily.
"Well, there you guys go. That's your answer." Roy stated to the group.
The Roy and Riza walked to the back of the room, where there was a door to their office only they shared. They went in and to their desk, with Riza's small desk to the side of the room and door than Roy's larger one in the back of the room closer to the windows. Riza began her work instantly but Roy, like always, avoided his by looking out the window.
"We'll have to be more careful." Riza said suddenly, not even turning to look at him.
"Huh?" Roy replied, turning his gaze to her.
"When we go out."
"Oh, yeah. I guess we do." Roy said, lazily.
"If someone else had seen us we would have been in for a lot of trouble." She replied, knowing he what he was thinking and it wasn't making him happy.
"I know."
She turned to look at him and smiled. "It doesn't mean we can't go tonight, you know?" She smirked when she saw him perk up. "But if you don't get to work, you'll be going by yourself."
