Author's note: Okay this is part two and Gennai has given Elecmon a baby girl named Terra to look after. This takes place about 15 years after part one.

"Terra! Terra! Wake up! We want to play!"
Terra sleepily looked around her to find the source of the voice. Around her were about ten digibabies hopping around. Terra groaned. She was tired and really didn't want to play with them at this moment. What she wanted to do was sleep. But looking around she realized there was no way she could sleep now. "Fine I guess" she replied. All the babies began to squeal and yell. Someone was going to play with them! "Terra get over here now!" a voice suddenly broke out. Terra knew that voice for sure. "Coming Elecmon. Sorry guys I can't play right now " Terra than began to run toward the voice. The digibabies not wanting to be left out came hopping behind her.
Terra ran around the corner knowing that Elecmon would be there. As she was almost there, she stopped. Stopping caused the babies to crash right behind her. Terra hardly noticed that she was almost trampled by the little black blobs. She was to busy staring at the strange digimon that Elecmon was talking to. "There she is. Terra get over here now and say hi to my friend here"
The strange digimon started to laugh. "Hello Terra. I am known as Gabumon. My other friend's Gennai and Tentomon sent me to get you"
Terra looked at the digimon. She was used to seeing only Elecmon and the babies and the digieggs. Not this Gabumon.
"Wait. Aren't you kinda famous for saving the world" Terra asked.
To that Elecmon replied"Of corse he is and you have to with him"
"Why?" Terra asked.
"Because I said so, and you will leave. Tonight in fact."
Terra could only do one thing and that was stare at Elecmon.
"Go, go with him? But I have so much to do here and I don't want to leave you." Terra said with tears
running down her face.
The digibabies were in shock. They just couldn't believe that one of there caretakers, someone that had raised them from birth was leaving. It was just no fair. "They began to protest loudly until Elecmon glared at them.
Gabumon could only stand there hoping that the girl would go with him. He spoke up " I need you to come with me so that you can see what the world is like. To prepare you in a way. We need you ready to help if trouble should come"
"What about the digidestined? " Terra questioned.
"Time difference is too great. By the time they notice anything wrong they might be too late" Elecmon answered.
Terra looked around as she could escape some how from all of this. She was a caretaker not some hero! If was ever called to be one that is.
"I have no choice, do I?" Terra asked. She had asked a lot of questions so far. And it seemed at the answers were not enough. Elecmon shook his head "No, not really. But you were never really meant to be a caretaker. You seem to be more of a leader"
"A leader?" Terra asked once more.
"Yes, you have always taken control of things. But the results are always wonderful. You should go now"
"I will miss you Elecmon" Terra said wile giving him a hug.
"I will miss you too, but go now"
"Actually we should go at dawn so that Terra can say her goodbyes to everyone" Gabumon said.
Terra looked at him as if she had forgotten him for the moment and then nodded her head in agreement.
"Terra, you should get ready then. Since you will leave at dawn we have more time, follow me" Elecmon said.
Once more Terra nodded and followed Elecmon, unsure of what was to come.
