To my Love

This is a poem that Holy Roman Empire wrote to Italy before he left for war. He did not know how to express his emotions so he was planning on leaving nothing but this on Italy's bedside table. Sadly Italy never got to read this poem fore his window was left open and a gust of wind carried this ode away.

My dear Feli

Oh how I love thye

Though it may seem

That this shall never be

I truly wish

And I truly pray

That someday I may hold thye

Your smile so bright

Like a day with no clouds

Where the warm rays of sun

Caress thyn rubicund cheeks

I smile and listen

To your joyous laughs of gay

As I hide in the trees

And think of a way

That I may express

And say how I truly feel

For truly no words can express

These pent up emotions

For everything I try

I stir up a commotion

But fear not

Fore I think I may have found a way

This poem you see

I shall leave for thye

Sadly I must go

I must go and fight

For this Holy Empire I am

I fear I may never return

So I shall say this again

I love thye my dear Feli
