"I always get what I want." Jasper thought to herself as she walked toward the barn. She had seen Lapis Lazuli fly toward the barn and was in hot pursuit. As Jasper walked to the barn, her feet made a crunching sound on the lightly frosted grass.
Jasper was looking forward to finally getting a chance to talk to Lapis alone. This could be her chance to reform Malachite. She could fly again. 'No Rose, No other gems, Just me and Lapis.' Jasper was thinking to herself as she approached the barn.
Jasper was startled as she walked up to the barn. She heard two voices coming from inside. One was Lapis and the other one sounded familiar, but she couldn't place it. They were talking about toilets and meepmorps. 'What the hell is a meepmorp?' Jasper thought as she creepily eavesdropped. Then she heard that Lapis was going to the top of the barn to mope and the other one was heading to the truck to watch Camp Pining Hearts. "Good." Jasper thought "They are splitting up. I won't have to cause a ruckus in front of Lapis."
This was her chance. It was now or never. Jasper walked to the water tower and began to climb. She climbed higher and higher until she reached the top of the tower. "Lapis" she called but no one answered. Jasper looked around and realized that Lapis was not there. "Maybe she meant the top of the inside of the barn" Jasper thought as she noticed a window at the top of the barn. Jasper slowly climbed down the tower until she was eye level with the window. Her mind was racing, this was it. She went to look through the window, but she could not, because the glass was frosted.
"This was a waste." Jasper said as she went back to the beta kindergarten. "Did you hear something?" Peridot shouted. "No." Lapis responded. "Do you want to come to the truck, I'm watching season 3!" Peridot yelled back. "Whatever." Lapis responded.
