The Brothers Uzumaki: Nine-Tailed Legacy
A little story I came up with after my friends bugged me into becoming a Naruto fan, and then spoiled absolutely everything for me by telling me all the major Shippuden plot points... Anyways. Rated T, for language, alchohol and drug reference, and probably some mild suggestiveness later on. Oh, and also violence, although this will be so bogged down in one-liners that it won't be noticable.

Chapter One: Boredom Pays
Naruto walked casually along the main street of Konoha, bored to tears.
"Man, oh man, ever since that Uchiha bastard left us, we've only had one freakin' mission!"he moaned, attracting odd glances from passerby, because this was Konohagakure's most busy boulevard, not Naruto's bedroom, and moaning complaints about life at the top of your lungs got you noticed quickly.
Your friendly chronicler is sorry to say that run-on sentences which switch between ideas at the blink of an eye (Like the one above)will be quite common here.
Moving on from this minor digression, Naruto continued to plod on towards Godaime-sama's tower, hoping that some urgent business had come up. I swear, if that old hag doesn't have a legitimate reason why I can't go on a mission this time, I'll kill her, Hokage or not...
Tsunade stared down at the file, brow furrowed. This one's gonna take a damn good ninja., she thought. Bingo book A class. Not actually evil, but extremely dangerous if cornered. Killed three Shinobi Hunters on reflex when they snuck up on him...As the rookie Hokage pondered what to do about the unnamed rogue ninja, the door opened. She looked up to see her assistant, Shizune,poking her dark head in the door.
"Uzumaki's here, again." she stated in an exasperated tone. "Want me to kick him out?"
"Absolu-" Tsunade began, when a thought struck her. Her eyes wandered from Shizune to the file before her, then to the entire separate cabinet Naruto had, then back to her confused assistant.
"One second thought... bring him in." She grinned. "I've got a special mission for him."
Right. It was a little short, I know. Admittedly, it got considerably longer when I went "Insert Horizontal Ruler"-happy, but that doesn't really count... anyways, please R&R.
