Is That All Right With You?

There are things he doesn't get to say. What with the mirror tech rushing her about and that blasted Jack Heart just giving him that superior good-looking smirk of his. And all Hatter can think of is - I just let her slip out through my fingers again.

But then again, what can he offer her? A lovely tea shoppe - scratch that, he just helped her put him out of business for good. He's got nothing to offer her but his - his feelings?

He's not even sure that he even has those to offer her. Every thing he's ever felt has been chemically induced. He's known nothing but distrust and dishonesty his whole sorry existence. But she's not with Jack, and she's all alone. That doesn't sit right with him, and before he knows it, he's flying through the mirror after her.
