Home

I want to run,

I just want to take off running,

Until I find my home.

I want to fly,

Just spread my wings and fly,

Until I come home.

The one thing I wish I didn't know,

The one thing that prevents me from running,

You see it wouldn't matter how fast I ran,

It wouldn't matter how swiftly I flew,

It wouldn't matter how far I went,

Because I do not know where my home is.

I do not know where my heart is.

I can feel it beating inside me,

Yet when I touch my face,

It is dry and cold,

I don't feel the blood running through my veins,

Although I know that it is there.

The only thing I feel anymore,

Are the thoughts running through my head,

The emotions breaking out,

The people screaming,

I feel the passions of my desires.

I want to run- I want to fly,

But only if it will take me home,

Without anymore regrets,

Without anymore doubts-

I'm coming home.
