Just a short poem that I had to create for English but I wanted to see what other people thought. Enjoy!
A Vampire's Day
As the sun disappears below the horizon,
The darkness becomes the day,
For a gloomy, ghastly figure who roams through the night,
In search for his sweet, succulent desire.

His black eyes glinting like the bright moon above,
Blood dripping from his pearly white teeth,
His pale white skin luminous in the dark,
With a murky black cloak billowing in the wind.
----------
As the rain pelts to the grim, secluded land,
He searches for the taste he strongly craves.
Thunder cracks and lightning flares,
As he travels through the night.
----------
At last he nears his desirable prey,
He makes his move, victory is his.
His teeth sink in to the depths of her skin,
And he sucks her blood in elated delight.
----------
But as the sun once again rises,
He returns to his lonely, lurid dwelling
His cravings and desires content,
Until the next night that becomes his day.
