Raven"s POV
It was another just quiet evening, if by quiet you mean Beast Boy and Cyborg arguing over a game and Starfire talking to Robin about there date tomorrow evening then yeah it was quiet. I, the dark one of the Titans sit in the corner of the living room reading my book when all of a sudden I focus my attention, but still pretending to read, on Starfire and Robin. They both look so happy together and have been for five months but, it sickens me, every time I see them together I just turn my hood over, close my eyes and run to my room and on the way my powers shatter the lights above as I pass. I don't know why I act or feel this way , I think it's just jealousy but that can't be possible, why would I be? It's not like I can feel love for anyone anyway and even if I did why would I be jealous of Starfire! So why?
"Raven?"
Why!
"Uh Raven?"
WHY!
"Raven!"
Raven had jumped back into reality to notice that Beast Boy and Cyborg were standing in front of her and the book she was reading had been reduced to ashes. Raven stood up and headed for the door.
"Hey Raven what's up?" Beast Boy asked
"Nothing, I'm going to my room to meditate."
"Ok, but first tell us what's the matter." Cyborg added
"I said nothing's wrong!" getting more aggravated
Robin and Starfire quickly joined up with others to see what is happening.
"Hey, what's going on here?" Robin asked
"Raven here is getting mad and won't tell us what's wrong with her, and even worse she destroyed my precious game station 3000!"
"Please friend Raven it is not good to keep things bottled up." Starfire commented
"Leave me alone Starfire"
"But Raven I…" placing her hand on her shoulder
"I said leave me alone!" a jolt of her magic sparked on the tamaranian's hand telling her to back off and with that she walked out of the living room and headed for her room. Just as she walked out only Robin caught a glimpse of the tears Raven was shedding.
"What's gotten into her?" Cyborg asked
"I don't know but I'm going to find out" Robin replied
"Wait Robin, before you go I have something to ask you." Starfire said placing her hand on his shoulder
"Yeah, what is it Star?"
"Robin, which of these store bought dresses look better on me?"
He anime sweat dropped but gave her an answer "Uh Starfire this isn't the time I need to speak with Raven, I'll talk to you about that later alright?"
"Ok"
Meanwhile in Raven's room she quietly sat in the corner keeping her legs close to her chest thinking about what to do and just let the tears flow out.
What am I going to do I can't tell him, but I want to. I want to tell him how I feel about him, but he won't feel the same for me, he's with Starfire. I guess all I can do is stay out of the way and keep quiet if I do really care about him.
(Knock, Knock)
She got up and answered her door.
"Go away"
"Raven, it's Robin can I come in?"
"No"
"Please I need to talk to you"
She reluctantly opened the door and stepped aside while he entered her dark domain. "So what do you want to talk about?"
"I want to talk about you, what's wrong, and why are you crying?"
"I'm not crying"
"You are, I saw you when you ran off, Please tell me maybe I can help."
"Well it's about you and the fact that you are with Starfire"
"I don't understand."
"I really care about you and I have for a while but when you got together with Starfire I guess it broke my heart.
"What are you trying to say Raven?"
"I'm trying to say is that I…I…
"Yeah?"
"I love you Robin, I truly love you but never had the chance to tell you"
