This story takes place in a new place called the wastes. It lies somewhere Far Far North of The Glowing Sea. Jason Storm is my fallout character BTW.
The wastes, a nasty place, a desert worse than that of the commonwealth. With new creatures, raiders and people. The lunatics in the commonwealth look sane next to these freaks. They think that I am Zenno. God of all beneath the waste's sun. they praise me for the bombs that fell. But don't they see, I am man, a soldier, longing for this nightmare to end. But, better make the most of it. Back in boston, I heard about a new "settlement" that needs my help. It was out in a new place called, "the wastes". I was told that a man by the name of "jason storm" could take me there. I didn't realize it at the time, but, I wasn't the sole survivor. I walked through the glowing sea to a spot that was protected by some sort of shield generator. The rust bucket looked like it had more loose screws that Robo Depot. The radiation was not getting in, and standing in the doorway was a man playing an acoustic guitar. One of the REALLY old ones, pre atomic, by the looks of it. The design was sleek and it was pure wood. It was made of… the
rarest wood in existence, cedar. But, cedar is extinct, it has been for 400, years, by my time about 610 now. But when I got closer I noticed something, a special vault 111 pipboy and jumpsuit. He noticed me out the corner his eye, but didn't make a motion, he was trained. He reached down, a pulled a double barrel, he threw the empty Vodka bottle beside me before shooting it midair and saying,"leave, before you end up like that bottle." I looked over, the bottle was shattered, he didn't miss it. I asked him if he could take me to the wastes. This is when I really started to notice stuff. His house was a trailer from before the bombs. Inside was something I never thought I would see again, my wife's wedding ring. It was on a strip of bramin hide. And right then, he fired. The buckshot just missed and I pulled up vats and shot, the mini gun came p and a pumped all the 5mm ammo at him. He rolled to the side and snuck around the side of a boulder. I threw a molotov at him and ran inside his house. Shutting the door. I grabbed the ring, some ammo, food, stimpaks and a metric ton of caps. I opened up a window and broke down the side wall, before tossing a plasma grenade outside. He picked it up and threw it out of the shield bubble. He dashed out a shot at least 3 rounds into me. Luckily his aim wasn't that good and he hit my leg and grazed my ear. Nothing a stimpak wouldn't fix. I pulled out and stepped behind anther boulder. Then I tossed a Synth Call Grenade. They materialized right there and shot wildly at him. He dodged most until one stray lazer hit him square in the chet. I used a recall to get them out before they could finish him. I walked over and then his eyes shot open,he pulled a 10 mil and hit me, right. between. the. Eyes. thank god for helmets the front fell of revealing my face. He rolled between my legs and placed a sticky bomb on my back. He turned and looked at me. I turned as well. His detonator, was a dead man's trigger.
