I walk slowly along with Elizabeth, Jack, and Barbossa as we face the three coming towards us. I try to look anywhere but the face that was becoming all the more clear. His face. The face I thought I'd see for the rest of my life. Fate had other plans it seems. Funny, how life never pans out exactly how you plan it. We're coming closer, the air thick with tension already. Time seems to drag on slowly as my thoughts come lightening fast. Memories of our time together, the nights, the days and the stolen hours play upon my mind mocking my broken heart.

I remembered the words you'd whisper to me, the comfort of letting me to be free to be who I was beneath the servants clothing. You allowed me to believe I was the only one who mattered. We flew together in a harmony unique to us. We shared a bond I thought was unbreakable. Yet, fate again had other plans. I faded into the background when fate made it known that I needed to disappear. Disappear, I did. It's funny what brought us together again. The very reason I faded away, brought me to full color. Then I stepped aside once again.

It feels so good to reunite
Within yourself and within your mind
Let's find peace there

I will always treasure the years I had with you, those stolen moments, and even those years I faded away. As I look to your face now, I crack a smile and allow my eyes to sparkle for you once more. Fate has a different plan for me. I'm thankful for the last opportunity to see you once more. I wish you peace from my soul and my heart slowly starts to heal.

I just want to say hello again

I know, as long as She's there, we were star-crossed lovers. One look from you to her, and I know. The time has come. I smile at you one last time.

"Hello Will." I say. Those words carrying the weight of twenty years worth of unspoken wishes, dreams, and thoughts. You look puzzled for a moment but I've already taken your place besides Beckett and Jones. Elizabeth, you and Barbossa walk back and the battle begins. Later, when I see you marry her I know my sacrifice must come to light. As if everything anticipated it, the battle halts so everyone sees, me, in a bloodied heap floating into the ocean. I watch from above as Jack whispers,

"Her sacrifice mate, so you could be happy."
