AN: I don't own Phineas & Ferb, Jeff & Dan are the rightful owners.
Everything can change in a night, not always for the worst. Many changes are welcome. Linda and Lawrence found that out one night at a Love Händel concert. Candace received some welcome news one night, after traveling around the world with her brothers. That was the night Jeremy came back from a vacation early, just to see her.
When the boys were very young, Phineas found out, one night, that he would miss his brother if he was no longer around. Little did he know that Ferb felt the same way. Ferb never said anything when Phineas would go off to play with Isabella, leaving him behind; Isabella was Phineas' friend after all.
Isabella's life changed one night. After years of trying to get Phineas Flynn to notice her as more than just 'one of the guys', he asked her out and dated her for a couple of weeks. Then one night while waiting in line for a movie, Phineas turned to her, looked into her eyes and uttered the phrase she'd longed to hear… I love you.
Phineas and Isabella dated for a couple of years. He did everything he could to make her happy, then one night he had an idea. He spoke to a few people, sought advice from as many as he could. Not all of it was useful, or encouraging; a few people told him it was a bad idea. "Just move on." Other people were sympathetic toward him. "Not all decisions are easy; look at this as a learning experience."
Phineas summoned up the courage and took Isabella out to her favourite restaurant, then for a walk on the beach. "What's wrong Phineas, you look worried." She asked gently, as she let him hold her hand. He stopped walking and took both of her hands in his. "I've been thinking." He started. "Are you happy with our relationship?" He asked her. Isabella became understandably worried.
Isabella assured Phineas that she was happy with their relationship and they walked along the beach a bit further. Phineas stopped again and looked out over the water, the sun was setting, leaving the sky five shades of purple. He didn't look at her when he called her name. He knew he had her attention though, she was always hanging onto every word he said, she always did. Phineas turned to her and pulled her into an embrace. "I love you, Isabella." She started crying. She didn't know what was happening and didn't know what to think. Then she felt him playing with the fingers on her left hand. "Will you marry me?"
Phineas married Isabella, a wonderful sunset ceremony on the beach; her idea.
Three years into their marriage, a very pregnant Isabella was resting in her living room one evening. Phineas was in his study putting some blueprints together when the phone rang. He came rushing into the living room with the phone in his hand. "Ferb's wife just gave birth to their son!" He shouted. Isabella smiled then winced slightly as the first twinges of labour flooded through her abdomen. With a grin that stretched ear-to-ear Phineas turned his attention back to the phone. "That's great Ferb. We'll be right over."
Isabella's daughter was born the following evening.
One night, when Phineas' daughter was three, a terrible storm blew into town and woke the little girl up. Phineas installed a one-way silence bubble around her bed and she soon drifted back off to sleep. As he was gently closing the bedroom door, Isabella came up to him and kissed him. "I've got good news for you."
One evening, the following summer, Phineas called his family. "Isabella's just given birth to our second daughter."
